[Resolved]  Indane LPG — NON DELIVERY

My Cons. No. 9284. I book my Cylender before 10 Days. Supply not received till time.
pl. ensure supply as soon as possible.

I have booked for cylinder delivery on 11/07/09 from Balasore Gas Agency, Orissa( cons. no B 34158).Till date no delivery has been done after repeated request.At the time of booking they told 14 days is refilling time. But over 18 days are over they are not delivering the cylinder.

I booked for refilling of LPG cyl on 14/7/09, but even after given about 15 reminderson phone refilling has not been done. Every time responsethat you will get today by evening.My cosumerno.16122 with Dwarka Indane Service, dwarka New Delhi

We booked a cylinder with your accredited agency Maliakal agencies,Talikulam ,Thrissur district on August 3,2009 and the booking number is 476. Till now they did not delver the cylinder. We contacted several times ,they said that they don't have cylinders in stock. Please do the needful.

It is deeply regretted that inspite of repeated request and personal approach the agency is not delivering the LPG cylinder booked on 15/10/2010 ( one and half months) On querry it was learnt that supply is not coming and will provide next week next week next week.. Such ignorance really hurting the public like me and especially ladies are staying alone in the house can not go and compalint regularly. Such foul play is on going at SRIKUMAR AGENCY, HARIPAD. When try to make call on their telephones, coming always busy or not attending condition.

I am very much suffering from the issue of gas cylinder through local distributors.I am Nemat Raza, my con no is 362833, booking no 7244 Dated 01 st FEbuary 2011 and our distributing agency name is M/S, Prayojan 12A, Bardawan Road, Kolkata-700 027.Phone No.[protected], and the agency is under Indian oil corporation.I already booked my Gas Cylinder on 01 st FEbuary 2011 and still i did not received the cylinder yet .Why ?.I am sending this mail not only you, a copy to the complaint cell of indian oil corporation India and a copy to the Petrolium Minister of India.Pls chk and do needful.

Orient gas agency Kottarakara is over charging their customers. For a distance of 4 KM from the agency like like Neduvathoor they charge Rs 390.00. They should be delivering cylinders for an extra eight rupees than the godown rate within 15 KM of the agency. They are looting the consumers.
