[Resolved]  Indane LPG Gas — Cylinder leakage

I got the cylinder at 2pm today since then its have a great amount of smell in my kitchen. I have purchased this cylinder from Jayant Gas service, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58. I have contacted at their given phone no. but no response to my complaints. i have dialled following phone no's [protected], [protected], 23411654. I also called this no. [protected] but nobody is responding to my complaint they say this would be solved after 6pm. Can i know this thing if my house or locality gets fire in minutes who would be held responsible.????
Please forward this complaint to somebody concerned if some1 can?

Today I opened the seal of the LPG INDANE GAS CYLINDER SUPPLIED BY M/s Avtar Gas SHALIMAR BAGH DELHI-110088(CONSUMER NO.1721).
It is found to be leaking badly.
REQUEST ARRANGE FOR IT'S IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT.

Today we opened seal of newly supplied refill cylinder and found it leaks. We contacted dealer but nobody turned over. We stayed without meals today as we could not dare to install it.

This is to you inform that I have a connection of Gas Cylinder of Kanpur Gas Agency, Bena Jhabar, Kanpur. My consumer No is 29884 name Reshma devi 15/10, Mecrowart Ganj, Lal Imli Coloney, Kanpur -208001. When I went to gas godown for gas cylinder on 16.02.09 I got a cylinder but cylinder was filled with water, So please, kindly short out my complaint.
