[Resolved]  Indane Online — gas booked before one month not supplied till date

Refil booked through 24 hour service No.1260 on 4th August 2010 and the booked
number received as 29. But not delivered till date in spite of several reminders to
the agency named M/s.Anand Gas, Ernakulam. My Consumer number is
7544 and name Muraleedharan P.P.
Kindly look into the matter

Dear SIR,

Kudambashree [ " Bismillah ayyilkuttam " ] of perumanna grampanchayat in Malappuram district, Kerala having 40 members. All the lady members who need to have a Indane GAS CYLINER are taking from the Mr. Mohammed chemilli, address : chemilli House, Valakulam P.O. perumanna Mundiyan tharra, 676508. The above said person does an illegal distribution to supply refilled cylinder of INDANE GAS of this 40 member team . He use to supply the cylinders to the high demand customers by keeping the cylinders and the consumer book of 40 ladies under his custody . He then give the cylinder to Hotels and other houses from booking as part of kudumbashree, He charges heavy amount from them. He has a huge stock in his home .

Please see that the above team is a Goonda team and my name and address should not be in any matter disclosed to any person.
Cylinder booked on[protected] but supply not given even after repeated request till[protected]. Here Kundara one M/S Mini Gas Agency and their service is very poor. All the customers are doing complaints against them

Its again about Anand gas, Cochin. They act as if they are a body immune to any rules of the land !!!
I get the cylender once in 3 months or at their sweet will, latest booking made in mid November is yet to be delivered. My kids are a happy lot, as they get to eat out most of the days,

I challange I O C Officials if they can elicite a response from any of the 3 telephone numbers of this agency

If anybody is planning any action against this agency, I shall be too glad to join them.

I am a consumer ( Con No 79680 ) from Palakkad Dt, My distributer is YEMKAY GAS AGENCIES. i booked on 11/01/2011 ( Booking No 3846 ). Is there is any logic to supplay the refilled sylinder, like minimum required days.

I have an Indane Gas connection - consumer number is 29985. I stay in Kakkanadu and my Indane gas distributor is Pooja Gas, V/766 B, Subaida Buildings, Unichira, Thrikkakara, Ernakulam.

They never deliver gas on time and my last cylender supply was on Nov'10. Need tour help to register this as a compliant and make sure that we get the cylinder as on time. This agency is really painful and never deliver the gas ontime.

If this is the normal pattern from Indane, would lik eto change the gas connection to some other vendors who can make sure that their customer getting service on time. The quality of experience we are facing with the Pooja Gas agency is below average and they are very rude to the customers. This inturn spoil your name, INDANE.

Im Sheeja.C having indane gas connection by CHAND GAS AGENCIES, GECO COMPLEX, NADAKKAVU CROSS ROAD, KOZHIKODE, consumer number-30175. I had booked for a gas cylinder on 28/02/2011 through online booking service number[protected].But I have not received my cylinder till date i.e, 07/04/2011. On enqiury, I was informed that my cylinder has already been delivered and they have received another booking on 23/03/2011 on the same consumer number. But i have not any cylinders and i had not given any more bookings on my consumer number.i doubt that malpractice had been taking place with the gas agency. I also doubt that my cylinder was delivered to someone else on bribe. Please consider this as most urgent and do the needful.

Eg.i had booked my gas..on 1-1-2011 and i got the filled gas cylinder on
3-3-2011.

all most every customers under this agency have same type of issue so please do the necessary
I am customer of M/s.Chand Gas, Nadakkavu, Kozhikode. My Consumer Number is 13724. For the last one year, when I booked for Gas Cylinder, minimum 45 days I have to wait to get new cylinder. I suspect that some malpractice is going on in the Chand Gas Agency. I also suspect that this is within the knowledge of officials of Indian Oil Divisional Ofice, Kozhikode. In other Agency in Kozhikode, only 10 to 15 days are being taken to get new Cylinder. About this, it has come in the Mathrubhumi News paper also. This may be investigated. If required, the matter may be advised to Vigilance.

I am a consumer of Indane Gas in Trivandrum Capital Gas Agencies. I have booked for refill on[protected]. Booking no is 207859. .But not delivered till date in spite of several reminders to the agency .Two cylinders are empty. On this Onam days, without getting the Gas I found it no means to manage My Consumer number is CG 16739 and name M.Sreedharan Pillai
I am Elsy Joseph. My custermor No 3485 with Arjun Gas, Keezhukara, Kozhencherry. Last I got the refill on 08 Jun 2012. I booked for a new refill before 60 days. Uptill they didn't delivered the cylinder. When ever we contact they are telling we will send it today.On 5th of Aug the agency told we made the bill and sent it. I didn't go anywhere and waited here till evening. They didn't bring the cylinder. Last 17 olso happened the same thing. Yesterday they told they made the bill and sent it. When the gas vehicle passed in front of our house I asked the driver he told you don't have gas. Then I asked the agency they told they sent. I asked them you don't have any responsibilty about this. At least they have to confirm weather the driver delivered the cylinder. Then the office gave the driver Mob No. I called him and he told me he couldn't find your bill. Hence I couldn't get the cylinder. I waited here till evening. The driver asking more money (Rs 20 to 30) than in the bill. On duty always he used to drink alchahole. I refused to give more money. That is why he was not deliver the cylinder and the agency not taking any action against the driver or to confirm the delivery of the refill. So I humbly request you to take necessary action to get me cylinder in time.

Customer care complaint no. 605214 dated 28 Aug 2012.I have complained to Area office Cochin on 07 Sep 2012. I have not got any satisfactory reply or the gas refill till date. 45 days have completed after booking. And the behaviour is also very rude and telling to come and collect the refill if you are urgent. They distribute the cylinders in odd hours to some customers

gas connection. Based on my experience with gas agency I thought the work will take one full day.
I got Excellent Service from the agency and got my work done within half an hour without any difficulty.

Gas connection no 24501, name Sindhu Isaac, Kunnathumyalil House Irimpanam P.O. 682309. My gas agency is Manisha Gas agency in S N Junction, Tripunithura. Booked on 11/09/2012 and booking reference no 330087, cash memo no 7665.
Personally reported and complained on 30/11/2012. assured the delivery on 05/12/2012 as it is usually delivered on Wednesday's. Not delivered till now.
It is almost 3 months. Since we were away for a few days, fitted cylinder is not empty and it will finish at any moment. Need an urgent action.
I am a consumer of Venus Gas Mannar, with consumer No. 1881 residing at chennnithala with in 5 kms form the gas office. I had registered a complaint of "Gas leakage from the regulator side" through tlelpohne on Monday (10/12/2012) morning to the office at Mannar and reminded on monday 10/12/2012 evening and today 11/12/2012 morning over phone. But unitl this moment no one came to check the case.The leakage of gas is a case which should be attended EMERGENCY and immediately but this ype of irresponsiblityis hard to accept. And I hereby stating that if any danger occur to my family or property one hundred percent the agency will be responsible. If this complaint is not attended immediately I will go for legal action.

I am a indane domestic gas consumer of Panakkal gas agency at Kunnamkulam. My consumer No is 12814. Agency not supply filled cylinder periodically. They took 99 days for supply. They behave irresponsibility. So I request you to take strict action against this.

I am P Reghunathan, Customer of Sneha Gas Agency, Eravipuram, Kollam, I have been getting gas from the agency for Rs 439.50 till the last month, I have been given a bill for Rs 940 for this month and they report that from this month on it will cost Rs 940; also they say that non-subsidized cylinder prices are active from September this year.If so I should get 6 Cylinders with subsidy till September 2013, I have only been given 3 subsidized cylinders since Sept 2012.
This is pure injustice or else the new non-subsidized scheme is not transparent at all. What should i do now.
