Sir,
We have lost the gas book and approched the agency to know the proceedure for applying a duplicate. The counter staff response was very curt and thier attitude is pathetic. I guess, they do not know the value of a customer. When I tried to speak to their proprietor, half the way through the conversation, she passed on the telephone to her subordinate and neither a sorry, nor a explanation from their end.
