[Resolved]  India Bulls — no refund of processing fee

Sir/Madam,
My name is Neeraj Jain, I am partner of M/s Arihant Traders, C-119 sector-65 Noida.
I have apply a loan against property from India Bulls, they verify my firm aprox. 2 months and at the time of paper submission they collect the cheque of Rs. 5515/-for prossesing charges and that amount is transfer in india bulls account.
After 2 months they approved the loan and send us a senction letter, after that they collect some another cheque for EMI,Prossesing fee, and loan amount. For the prossesing fee they make 2 cheque of 90,000 each.
after the approval they could not disburse the loan amount and again start the verifications and demanding the all papers again, than i was frestrate with them and I send a mail for the cancellation of our loan account.
That company has withdraw a cheque of 90000 RS. for the processing, now I am demanding that money because for the prossesing fee they already charge 5515/- and if we avail that loan than they can charge that 90000Rs. but if I am not availing that so how they can charge that money .
It is requested to you please take the neccesary action against that institution and help us for the refund that money.
