India Times Shopping — Refund not made on cancellation | |
Date of My order: May 11th 2013 Date I've cancelled the product: May 17th 2013 My order ref: [protected] Product cancellation ID: 866894 Issue:I have ordered Godrej Split Air Conditioner on india times shopping online portal using my credit card EMI . Later as the status is not changed in a week in the portal (not even shipping status) I have cancelled stating, I'm going to take some other split AC. But still, vendor, india times shopping kept the same in pending (under process),though I'm calling them regularly.If that is the case, I'll have to pay my EMI to bank though the product has been cancelled.They were not working under time lines. They were dragging the same to many days, it was so frustrating. I haven't seen such a worst customer care till date in my life, No one takes the responsibility, No SLA's nothing, Each time I called , they ask for 24 to 48 hours ,No one doesn't have any clue where the product is ..!! india times shopping online — delivery not on time, pending till now
Hi,I had ordered Precious Purity flowers, the lead time for delivery was one working day. This order was placed on 8thAug, and this is not delivered till date. I called up the customer service and they say they cannot give any time by which this can be delivered. They had also launched a complaint #274115.

This is now happening now and then with this site. The occasion was on 9thAug. not sure what should be done. the company should provide compensation for this failure.
