I have received today message that I won gift voucher P28147 of Rs.5197 reserved for me on my mobile no.[protected]. It is also written that check your e-mail. But I have not received any e-mail nor any confirmation how to claim gift voucher.

I also agree with comment . I also purchased 16cd pack .but when I claim for their free gifts. there was no response. we cannot expect such deceive from a reputed company

Dear sir, I have received the delievery of 16 CDs vide Invoice No.ORAO90021920 dated 31-Jan-2009 under order No.OGAO90021146 dated 31-Jan-2009. At foot of the invoice there is direction to log on to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm within 60 days of the invoice date to claim free gift.
However I am not able to log on the same. Please guide as to what steps need to be taken ti claim the free gift. Thanks. Sudhir Sharma.

I feel regreted of this book club simply paid Rs.603 for 2 CD rom .telling that there are more offers too. It has written in the letter Inorder to get this offer logon .However, I have not been able to access the website www.bookstoday.in and when it opened it says that "Sorry, the offer is over".what is it .I enquired through the phone too but no use of asking . please never do such stupidity to any one. Any way I fallen in your stupidity

But to my surprise the site shows only complaints regarding non receipt of gifts or non availability of the sites mentioned above. Please advise what to do to claim the gifts.

i had received my set of 20 cds of devine classical music last month, but there is no sign of all those gifts promised with the offer.

I got my books order but still I could not receive the gift.They are Rs. 4000/- gift voucher, Rs. 6000/- tour voucher and one Maruti. My Inv. No.URA[protected] Dt. 30/12/08 and order No. UGA[protected] DT.29/12/08.

I fully agree with the comlainent. I am suffering the same fate.On 7-9-08, I ordered 16 saaz CDs and gave size 6 ladies shoe for the Adidas free shoe . After a delay of nearly 5 months, on 31-1-09 I got the parcel after lot of chasing!! It contained 16 CDs and a size 7 GENTS shoe !! No gift vouchers.Three letters remain unanswered till date. calls to various customer care persons got me tel.ph.no.[protected]. more run around and now I have opened www.bookstoday.in/promos.htmBUT WHERE ARE THE GIFT VOUCHERS?
I can not understand if they can send the CDs and the shoe in one parcel why cant they send the vouchers also.I have asked them to return my money, to no avail,
Can any one suggest what to do?
In the meantime I and quite a large number of my friends have decided to not to renew our subscriptions for various magazines and other publications of this group.
