We paid Rs.2000 for a 20 devotional CD pack for which we were promised a free holiday voucher and a diamond set. Its been months but we have not received the freebies.

I, Piyush Jain had booked a 20cd pack of bhajans, but I am unable to claim my free gifts, Please help me.

I HAVE RECIVIED LMILTD 20CD.CLAIM FOR FREE GIFTS.

sevral times i have done the procedure and contected customer care

but there is no result...

i have paid an amount of Rs 2598/- for 16 CDs.

In the pack it is mentioned that i have to claim for the remaining gifts, But the website http://www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm is always saying "You have made incorrect entries. Kindly check and enter once again !!!".

I have paid Rs.2000 (vide Three cheques which are already realised by you), towards Indiatodaybookclub 20 CD offer.
But till date I have not received the CDs nor the free gifts assured by you.

India Today Book Club — FREE GIFTS NOT PROVIDED

I purchased a product of cassets from India today book club over interner on 12.1.2009, the invoice no is
ORA[protected], MEMBERSHI NO ITBC09822659.
Though I made several phone calls, emails, I am unable to get free holiday voucher and free air tickets.
Only after 2o calls I was informed that I shall login through the web www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm for claiming the gifts. Earlier I went to the web site and I could not get the result. Today I was given new unique number and today when visited the site, I found that I have to send a DD for Rs 800 for booking charges. At the time of purchasing the product, I was informed that the holiday voucher and air tickets are totally free. Now that I am asked to send the DD for Rs 800 infavour of some Indiahotelreview.com.

Pl see that I am reimbursed the espenses for telephone calls made to them and tension caused to me.
Pl order them to provide holiday voucher free as promised.

India Today Book Club — Unique number not working

It stupid to say, pathetic service, customer care and the Gifts were not sent along with the order, Customer care only knows to apologise and nothing else. Its really bad very bad.. Not expected from group which has big name.

As per offer i paid Rs 1699/- (including packaging and forwarding) for Reebok shoes and benetton watch in Feb.09. Its been almost two months now and i have not recd. the package till date. I have called customer care 6 times till date and no response have been recd.Please verify and inform me the latest position.

pl refer my membership number ITBC 08774063 .i have placed a order of 20 cds (devotional) on 23rd nov 2008 of cost rs 2599 +131rs postage and handling charges.i have received this cd pack on 27 dec 08 and paid the total amount in cash. as per company assurance i am entitled for a free gift ie reebok shoes. but till today company had not delivered the free gift. i called around more than 40 times in their call centre but many representatives like pooja, os, rashid and many more they had given many excuses to me like shoes is not in stock, your order is not punched, we will deliver in next 7 days, your order is in process but they all are fake . before three days i again tried the call centre number ie [protected] and i suceed to talk with the senior representative and he also promises me to dispatch it by the same day.but he did the same like others. today morning i again phoned their pooja respond me that you will get your free gift in the end of this week. infact she has given me the cosignment number ie ZD5572295 (first flight) but i am unable to trace this number. pl take the strict action i'll be highlly obliged
