My order no.0GA09027541 in which Shoes was of No.10,But you send me shoes no.8. and i have returned the shoes through first flight vide consg.no.u83181181 dt.5th may 2009.i have made the payment while i received the consignment.but till yet i have not received the shoes no.10.kindly look into the matter.

India Today Book Club — Not delivered good

This book club is not at all keeping its commitment.

At time of taking order for Phillips DVD Home theatre , they told me it will be delivered in 7 to 8 days.

But after two months, nothing has been delivered, in spite of repeated phone calls, emails reminders.

India Today Book Club — Paid advance for purchase never received the delivery till date feel cheated

I find the offer attractive but still didn’t trust it, so I called up India Today Book Club Customer Care who assured me of the offer and also suggested me to pay a part of the amount if I don’t want to pay full amount at a time. It was a too good offer to resist.

There was no chance of doubt as India Today Book club is a subsidiary of India Today group is a leader in Publications, Television, News, Education and a whole lot of other media.

I Proceeded with the offer, called up the India Today Book Club Customer care, had a tlk with them, made a payment of Rs. 500 (Mobile transaction), the executive promised me of delivery in next 13 days as per their rules and conditions mentioned on their site www.indiatodaybookclub.com. This transaction was done on 16th Feb.

I was very excited, but I didn’t receive it. On March 15th I called up customer care, he replied it has been dispatched & will reach u shortly. I waited for more days, again on March 30th, I again enquired up with Customer care who said, that the consignment is stuck some where & raised a complaint (Complaint Number : 8216),and convinced me of getting my package in a weeks time which never happened.

Now, Its too much. I wrote a strong mail to email mentioned in the site, stating the whole issue, in detail. I received a reply:

This again seemed a false assurance, as when I replied again asking about the courier service so that I can check at my end, they couldn’t give a reply to me. They don’t have any answer for it because they never sent the consignment.And as if it was not enough, they keep on sending me messages about other offers, which sound quite nice. I am afraid, other people who are getting such emails, messages etc, and are also on the way to get cheated. One of my friends also received an offer from them, but I immediately stopped to him, to even think about that.

I had bought many books and CDs from India Today Book Club. I like the fact that their customer care is very helpful. For any kind of information one can usually dial their customer care number at[protected] or by sending an email at [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com.

India Today Book Club — Not delivered my ordered goods for which paid

I am ITBC Member with id : ITBC 08356481. and ordered for a musical CD Pack om 29th November '08
with order No:[protected] with order value of Rs.2000/- and I sent cheque for the same amount for that Order. Due to some postal problem i have not received that order. But my amount Rs 2000/- remained with ITBC. Now my address also changed. I want to get that order.

Sir,
Today we have received my two order having no. Billing Id:[protected] and Billing Id:[protected] Date:[protected]:56:15.0 Reebok Gym kit Reebok Lite Speed Shoes Reebok Track suit by VPP, from ITBC.
But when I opened parcel I found only Track suit and key chain, and there is no any shoes in side in both parcel. Insted of Shoes there is west paper and sum useless book cutting papers are packed for weight.
Here you are kindly requested to send one 7 no and another one 8 no shoes as early as possible. we will not hope like this chiting from a big ITBC company. please reply.
Today we have registered our complaint on customer care no.[protected] my reg.Corie no is 510080 at 6.20 pm given to Sinha madam.

I had placed an order for Reebok kit to India Today Book Club on 08.03.10 and paid Rs.3298/- online through credit card. I had received an order confirmation No. OGA[protected] through email on 11.03.10. My membership No. is ITBC10314851.
I have not receieved goods till date. For that I have sent somany mails to [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com and [protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com but every time I got mail to wait 15 to 20 days for the delivery. Even to-day I received the mail to wait for further 15 to 20 days.
This is unfortunate part for India Today Group. If this trend is continuing I have to approch the Consumer Forum.
I request you to look in to the matter and oblidge.

India Today Book Club — non delivery of reebok kit

The fact is that I have paid an amount of Rs.3198 for order no M-COMMERCE/0GA[protected]. (REEBOK KIT) on 23rd January 2009.
Today, even after 20 months and innumerable phone calls and emails , the order has not been delivered.

INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB(LIVING MEDIA) HAD SENT ME A SWEEPSTAKE LETTER AND AN OFFER TO BUY THE BOOK(TREASURES OF THE WORLD) IN THEIR PROMOTIONAL OFFER.I SENT THE CHEQUE OF Rs.2998/-.THE CHEQUE GOT CLEARED FROM MY A/C ON 04/05/2011.ON 09/05/2011 INDIA TODAY SENT ME A MESSAGE THAT MY BOOK HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM THEIR END ON 07/05/2011,MY ORDER NO.IS 420347,BOOKING ID NO.IS SG-861923.THEY MESSAGED ME THAT IT WAS DISPATCHED BY BLUE DART COURIER,I CHECKED WITH BLUE DART,THE WAY BILL NO.MENTIONED TO ME DID NOT EXIST.I HAVE MADE A COMPLAIN TO THE BOOK CLUB REGARDING THE SAME,THEY TOLD ME THEY'LL GET BACK TO ME BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL NOW.THEY GAVE ME A COMPLAIN NO.185838 AND TOLD ME THEY WILL INFORM ME ABOUT THE STATUS IN TWO DAYS TIME VIA EMAIL OR ON TELEPHONE.
