sir/madam: i have received a a parcel of sun glasses but i havent received a free gift i.e a Holiday voucher for Rs.5000 pl do the needful.

I am facing a similar problem with India Today.Look like a bunch of fraudsters to me.I was offered a holiday package all expenses paid with a set of 12 books free of charge, after payment of Rs 2598/-. I have recd the books who's net worth is not even Rs 500, but am unable to log into their free gift site.I shall next be approaching the consumer courts for a resolution of this issue.I advise people not to subscribe to these promos.

Set of 16 Devotional CDs — Not Received Free Gifts

As per the details mentioned at the time of ordering the set of 16 Devotional CDs, a free air ticket and a free voucher to claim Reebok shoes were offered. But even after a couple of months of receiving the CDs there is no response from your end in respect of free gifts. May I know the reason and will I get the free gifts or not.

I purchased a 7 DVD set of Aghatha Christie in Aug 09. As per your SMS my Order No was OGA[protected]. As per Blue Dart SMS my order No was ORA[protected]M. I have not received the free gift of REEBOK SUNGLASSES worth Rs 3999 on purchase of the the said item that has been promised in the SMS. Login ID is not clear i.e. it is not legible. Login password has not been received. How do I contact anybody? No body picks-up the phone mentioned in the letter received along with the items. Or shall I take a legal course, Sir? I have out in lot of complaints by e-mails

Reebok — Non receipt of T Shirt & gift voucher

I placed an order OGA[protected]dt 28 aug.09 for Reebok floters and Shorts. I have recd. the same thro VPP. However as per the orffer you were also to send a T shirt ( Reebok), which was not sent.
In addition when u confirmed the order u had indicated that we would also receive a gift voucher for 5000 Rs. ( diamond jewellery) along with the consignment.. This was not included in the consignment either.

I shall appreciate i[censored] confirm the above and make arrangements to send them immediately.
