I have been bearing with you and your customer support for last 6 months. Every time I get same response of waiting for 7-8 days and nothing happens after that. Does higher management of BagItToday monitors consumer complaints & worries about customer satisfaction? I really feel bad to see these many complaints for BagItToday on https://www.consumercomplaints.in. Take some good steps to build customer relation and trustworthiness.

Please do the needful and dispatch the mobile at earliest or refund my money as quick as possible.

Did your complaint get resolved? I've noticed various other cases of delayed delivery and defective products being delivered, and the customer care not really bothering to answer.

I have paid for the certian Items as per the above reffered Invoice Number on 22.11.2009 and the Company had promised for the Holiday Vouchers through Premier Sales Promotion P. Ltd., P.O.Box No. 5042, Bangalore - 566 001 Tel No. 40554870.

After repeated Phone Calls to the Office and assuring me for sending me the Gift Vouchers since 2009, I have not received the said Gift Voucher nor any email till now.

Please sort out the problem and please levy a hefty fine and also take strong action so that this type of Companies should not fool to any other people in the future.

I had responsed to a mailer from India Today Book Club for a Reebok Shoe. I had made the Online payment sometime in the first week of Jan 2011. India Today BC has informed that the item is sent through Aramex Courier and have given a Consignment No also. As per Aramex website the item has reached their Kolkata office but they are not delivering it despite my daily follow up. India Today BC also is not doing a thing about it.

India Today BC did a similar thing last year. They offered a 2 day free stay as part of a purchase. India Today BC had given the service provider details and a voucher reference. The service provider was responding at all and India Today BC did not help me in getting the holiday.
My Membership No. is ITBC10394578 & ITBD[protected] My submission is that through India Today Sweepstake Contest I have been given the opportunity to go in for higher & higher options for the Prizes, for which i purchased numerous items worth more than Rs.One Lakh Fifty Thousands.One item RO Water Purifire Purchased on 20.04.2010 for Rs.14598/- ID No[protected] & another item Reebok Kit purchased on 27.05.2010 for Rs.3199/- ID No.[protected] were not delivered to me with the reason "Not Available in Stock".It was assured to me that the amount will be refunded and for the same, another ID was created & I was bound to purchase one more Reebok Kit worth Rs.3199/-. My humble Request to you is to Refund the above said amount at the earliest.

I ordered two items:order no OGA[protected] &OGA[protected] In May 2009.Although it was cash on delivery , still cash was asked for before delivery of goods .This was paid by col nehra ( my father-inlaw).Money was paid by ICICI credit card on 11th MAY(Rs. 2998 +1498)resp. I have sent many e-mails to you ,but ther is no response from your end.Ihave faced enough harassment from you . If i don't receive the items-benetton sunglasses,watch & SWATCH CHRONO watch in the next few days,I'LL be compelled to go to the consumer court.I'll put this on facebook too, so that others don't get duped like us.pl refer to my previous mails sent(on 20/5,11/6,17/7,12/8,30/8,02/9,07/9,04/10 & 09/10/09 )

This was the last email I sent them.
I have also faced some similar problem. I subscribed to mail today 2 yrs subscription & got a coupon of free "reebok light speed shoes", but on going to the reebok outlets mentioned on the coupon to collect the shoes, they said it was out of stock. And thereafter they are not giving any assurance but instead giving us further dates, perhaps they are waiting for the coupon to expire & become totally worthless. It seems that reebok showrooms are not willing to entertain coupon holders & have themselves eaten up the coupon stock for their own use.

India Today Book Club — Delivery Failure

I want to inform you that I have ordered to India Today Book Club, Samsung Star Touch Phone on dt 31/12/09 through Booking ID No.[protected]. But on 22/01/2010, I was received the parcel which have containing Kodak-M380 Digital Camera, which they have send by mistake. As per telephonically discussion with them, I do return the Parcel to him and same also received by him. After lapse of two years, I have not received my product till now. I have also cancelled my product and requested to him for refund. But till now both actions are pending. If they have refunded my amount then please send me details.

The scan copy of the receipt through which I have return back the product, is also enclosed herewith for refund the courier charges.

I want to also inform him that I have changed my address from Mumbai to Kota (Rajasthan) due to my transfer in service. My new address as given below:

Non-receipt of Business Today Magazine

Hi, I am subscriber of Business Today magazine and I am not getting copies. I have been chasing them from Jul 10, 2014 and as of today I did not get copies.
