During March 2009 I received a mobile call stating that I would be receiving free to-and-fro air tickets to any destination and back to my place of origin and 3 day and 2 night stay at selected hotel provided I purchase your products. Accordingly I purchased your products vide following particulars:

For the above purchase I did not receive any information or documents from you regarding the offer of free air tickets and free hotel stay.
2. Again during August 2009 I received a call on the same offer on the same terms and conditions. I again made a purchase of your products vide following details:
Invoice No. ORA[protected] Dated : 10.08.2009 Order No.OGA[protected] Dated : 10.08.2009 Loc Id: A Membership No. ITBC 0986065 for ` 2598.00 (12 Books and 20 CDs).
For the above purchase also I did not receive any information or documents from you regarding the offer of free air tickets and free hotel stay.
3. And again during March 2010 I received a call on the same offer on the same terms and conditions. I again made a purchase of your products vide following details:
