[Resolved] India Today — reebok gym kit courier not received | |
This is reference to the below mail, in the month of Oct 09 we have placed an order for Reebok gym kit and made the full payment by credit card. But till date we didn't receive any courier and no one is giving the proper commitment , we have made serveral call in which we had wasted lots of money. We want our money back with interest. India Today — Books not original
I placed an order for a book through the India Today book club. Firstly, it took over 2 months to reach me! After reading a few pages, I realised that the book had a lot of missing & blank pages.The customer service was extremely poor and took over 2.5 months to respond! They asked me to courier the book to them for replacement.
After several follow ups on mails & calls, I finally received the book. This took another 2 months.However, the book again came in a very bad condition. The package was intact so the issue from the shipper itself.
To add to my dismay, this book also had many blank pages !!! So after 5 months ...I was back to the same position where Istarted. I did not want to go through this painful process again. I had already couriered the book twice on my own expense. (1st time they had returned to me).
Now it has been another 1 month & the India today customer service has not bothered to respond to my woes.
India Today — sms regarding order for books
i had not ordered it and when asked about the company sending it the guy says its confidential. i don't know weather its a fraud company using our details on the net and asking us to pay for books not ordered.they mentioned free gifts such as a reebok shoe, holiday package, valid for one year and so on.
is it really true or just making full o[censored]s.
how to go about this is not know.

Iam getting unwanted SMS every day from INDIATODAY BOOKS inspite of me being on donotcall list. I have even unsubscribed from all of their services. I'm still getting those sms. Im sure there are many more thousands out there with the same problem. I need help. Please help in stopping this. Thanks. I want to register the complain against India today. I am receiving sms on daily basis from India Today. It mention of some offer. I do not want to receive this message at all. I do not know how these guys got my mobile number. I want to unsubscribe to these spam messages.

India Today Book Club — Not Received Courier
Sir ,It is reported that courier has been registered at Delhi on 31st may 2010
to the address of Mr P.Gunasekaran,Plot no 8,Nirmal Bhavan ,Union Bank Colony , 4th street ,New Vilangudi,Madurai-625018, Mobile number-[protected]
But till date the courier has not yet reached me Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps for early delivery

I have booked Reebok package on telephone no[protected] dt 28.09.2010 order no.[protected]& paid Rs 3298/- by credit card on phone told that within 72 hrs we confirm order on phone no[protected] . I have not received any call for confirmation.whenever I contacted on customer care no [protected] I got reply that data uploading process is going on,you contact on tomorrow morning. India Today — One book missing
I received books by VPP for which I paid Rs.634. The invoice mentions of four books, but the packet had only three books. The book on Vaastu was missing. Besides, to claim the free gifts - the site is not working with the given ID. How good is their claim of their offers?
