[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Fradulent business loan

We asked for a fifteen lakh business loan at the rate of 15.99% for 36 months and a processing fee of .5%.But instead we were given a loan of Rs.1550000 in which Rs.30000 was deducted as insurance, Rs.34157 was deducted as processing fee and in the end we got only Rs.1481887.The EMI was also increased from 36 months to 40 months.The agent made us sign blank papers and now does not even answer our calls.His seniors are equally oblivious of our complaints.When we say that we want to give the loan back they say we have to give atleast 6 instalments alongwith penalties. What can we do? Please reply.
