[Resolved]  Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd — prepayment charge- against RBI

Hi ,

My loan account no. is hhldhk00060690, I wish to get a loan transfer to LIC

I have been given to understand that as per RBI, Prepayment of home loans are not to be charged a foreclosure fee, but the customer service agent AShok kumar, suggested that india bulls does charge 2% as my loan was fixed + floating.

I would like to understand how can this charge be justified against RBI guideline( as my loan is now floating because i am now paying 14.25% vs 9.5% that i was paying about 2 months back).

any help to get this resolved would be great..
