[Resolved]  IndiaGames — Some sort of fraud

we want to cancel this god plan.simply they have charged 200 rupees for the past 4 months.
but we have not played a single game at all.
first of all none of the games down loaded.please cancel this immediately.
we had forgotten in which address we have entered.

Indiagames Ltd. — bill and charge for the non-signed and non-agreement for the gaming service in BSNL LANDLINE bill

Dear sir,

I Bhargav K. Jani son of Jyotsnaben K. Jani who is customer of BSNL Broadband service and my Phone no. is[protected]. I have getting regular bill from BSNL every month, since last three month BSNL charged me for Online Gaming Service provide by INDIAGAMES LTD. which is merged company with BSNL providing the online gaming service to the BSNL Broadband customer. I have never done the agreement for the permanent service for the GAMING PORTAL providing by BSNL and INDIAGAMES, I have never signed any paper agreement for this service in last one year, but they have charge me for the same service since last three month in bill for "GODCHG" which is gaming service charge from INDIAGAMES. I hereby request to you please do some necessary action for my additional charge which i have to deduct from my last three month bill amount as paid amount.
My bill detail as under:
(1) 24 Feb -30 Apr - 142/- +200/-
(2) 1 May - 31 May - 200/-
(3) 1 June - 30 June - 200/- = Total amount to be paid for the "GODCHG" is 742/-

same thing happend to me als. i have given complaint to bsnl custemcare centre but they are helpless. its compination of cheatting. no use to give complaint. i have decided to quite from bsnl service

My bsnl landline number is[protected], i got a call from bsnl a month ago, the person told me that it is free to subscribe online games. but before 2days i got call that it charges Rs.200/- . Now i wnt to unsubscribe it. these people gives wrong information to customers. I request u to stop these type of frauds. and please unsubscribe my service immideatly.

Pl stop charging for my land line No,[protected] as we have not also not used from the date of its installation. Hence, pl stop charging from my BSNL telephone bill. Also request you to kindly arrange for refund of the amount paid earlier.

They called 3 months back and said about the free trial games.. actually i didn't activate tat.. but suddenly i got games on demand charges for tat rs.200.. first deactivated tat...

I got a call on my landline saying BSNL is offering free games for 1 month thru Indiagames and all downloads are free. After the trial period, I will be charged Rs. 200/-. I was not satisfied with the site. & also now I dont have a time to the site.I wanted you to pls deactivete the game site on my computer.
