[Resolved]  Indiaideas.com Private Limited — False ECS Deduction confirmation from my CITIBank Account

To day I have recieved letter from citi bank saying that my ECS has been senctioned towards "INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED", but I have never done any business/trancsation with this company...& this is false ECS approval.

I have already sent a mail to [protected]@citigroup.com mentioning stop ECS deduction/paymant to "INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED". I havent got any reply from citi bank yet.

I saw a charge from indiaideas today on my citibank account report online. It is possible that indiaideas an an authentic intermediary, but is it not Citibank's responsibility to mention the transaction against which the charge is being applied? How am I supposed to understand the biller - just from the amount? RIDICULOUS.

I have recd credit of Rs. 43, 988.27 from CITI_INDIAIDEAS.COM LIMI in my Development Credit Bank Saving Account No. [protected] . I would like to know the reason for the said credit.

I have received a mail from Citi Bank that as per my instructions they have updated my records for ECS Mandate towards utility code 4009134
for INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED.

But I never made any request for this ECS. This is totally frod.

Please help me to get rid of it.

I just called up Citi bank, they mentioned that its same as ICICI Prudential (name got changed), I am yet to confirm from ICICI.

change citi bank account...its horrible i changed to hsbc...my 3000 rupees have been deducted by indiaideas and citi bank is saying that we can only helpo u in giving the transaction number and u have to relsove it with india ideas ..i have searched whole earth but cant find any thing knows as indiaideas

I have received a letter stating that ECS has been started in favour of

I have a citibank account where in a regular debit on a monthly basis goes to india ideas.com pvt ltd. I have no clue to what this is about? And if this is a intermediary payment gateway then why are the other ECS debits through them if its the citibank association? This is extremely confusing. Please help in claryfying the matter. Also i would like my direct debit with the company and not thru any middle party.

This whole thing about india ideas is fishy. They should be banned.
I just now made a purchase on ebay using my freecharge wallet and I got a message from freecharge that the transaction has been made at indiaideas.com.
however i didnòt receive any order confirmation from ebay so we are not able to track our order and the whole thing is a mess.
As per ebay the order is missing so I have no clue where my money has gone and where is my product!!

Theses guys should be sent to jai both ebay and indiaideas for mishandling consumer funds, posing security threat and gross inconvenience to consumers.
The indiaideas website alsodoesnot work so there is no way to reach them and this is all such a waste of time and money. All numbers given are non mumbai. Why shud I pay for std calls.

Send them to jail and suspend their licence to operate.

To day I have recieved sms from indian bank saying that issue of ECS debit mandate in my account favouring Indiaideas for amount Rs. 101550/-, but I have never done any business/trancsation with this company...& this is false ECS mandate and moreover with out having any document how bank accepting this kind of mandate. Surely investigate this matter. Kindly help us any one known this kind of information.
