[Resolved] Indiaideas.com Private Limited — ECS, Citibank Payment | |||
I received a message from Citibank this morning stating that I have reistered ECS on Ap02,2011, i.e., today for payment towards INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED. I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT PISHING AS I HAVE NEVER REGISTERED FOR ANY SUCH PAYMENTS AND IR SHOULD NOT BE AUTHORISED. Since I am informing in advance I would request an immediate action and a call back from Citibank regarding this matter as soon as possible. Failing to do so I would register a complaint against Citibank that their employees are debiting their customers accounts. Citibank — ECS payment
I am holding a CITIBANK CREDIT CARD & also LOAN CITI BANK with & HDFC SAVING A/C. My ECS for CITI LOAN will get debited to my HDFC A/c. On 1st Jan'2009, the loan amount for Rs. 8100 was debited to my a/c and due to insifficient funds it got returned. Again they have presented it on 12th Jan'09 and it also got returned due to insifficient funds. On 17th Jan'09, i have made the payment for the same (Rs. 8100) vide Collection Deposit Slip No. 69620 to the Collection Executive. But the bank has again represented for ECS on 21st Jan'09 and has got returned due to insifficient funds for which the bank has charged me the return charges of Rs. 650/-. When i have already made the payment to the Executive on 17th Jan 2009, why did the bank has presented for ECS? Who will be held responsible for the charges which levied by the bank ?
