My name is saravanan. I' m a account holder in Indian bank Tambaram west. Now a days this branch employees not properly answering the customer queries due to the floating customers from many other branches and this bank is always over crowded. so the employees get anger and sometimes give irresponsible answers to the customers, without understanding their situation. Please advice them and make actions to control over crowding. Other wise it affects the bank reputation in future. Please sir. Actually this situation present not only in one branch but all their other branches also. All of the customers mostly get frustrated.

Put proper tyming in a board behind cash counter
Please put office tyming board on wall behind cash or anywhere. Bcoz most of them r rude to customers after 3:30. Really wats d proper tyming for transaction. Asking unnecessary questions to illeterate peoples nd twisting them. Y these staffs this much rude after 3:30. I really suffer much in kandanvilai branch at kanyakumari district.
We have submitted documents for joint account in Indian Bank Ambattur branch and the assistant manager asked us to come back after two days and today she has missed the documents and attachments we have submitted we have visited 3 time to open a joint account and the response and the way they treat customer is very bad
