[Resolved]  Indian Bank Atm Cum Debit Card — wrong debits

Dear Sir,

I have SB account with Indian Bank (N Usman Rd Br) on 9th April i recd a msg saying request timed out when i try to withdraw Rs.5000 from HDFC then i went to Union Bank of India ATM i recd the same msg no money was recd. around 9.30pm i went to Indian Bank to withdraw Rs. 5000. i recd the money but the balance got reduced to the extent of Rs.10000. i spoken to customer care. they said you have to give ur complaint in your Bank Branch. please suggest some remedy to get my money Back...please

Dear Sir/Madam,
I kindly requested to you. Today i withdrawal Rs. 5000/- but amount no received than second time i withdrawal Rs. 5000/- than deduction both payment. Means our Rs. 5000/- extra deduction. so kindly request to u return our amount of Rs. 5000/- just transfer. because wroung amount deduction.

I was withdrawing Rs 2800 from my account(savings) from the KVB ATM chitlapakkam.I have my account in INDIAN BANK ACC no.[protected], Branch- Madurantakam. I also complaint in same bank, but they didnt take any action, so sir plz do the favour in this matter .

My Sb account ATM debit card no[protected] and[protected], one is sb a/c and one is penshun a/c I can try to withdraw amount in SBI atm sajjapuram, Tanuku but the both cards report is unable to process, so please kindly solve the problem as soon as possible .

I am an account holder in Sbi bank on dated 7/4/10 at 7:30 I went to withdraw rupp 1000 in Indian Bank located Anupuram, Kalpakkam transaction related work completed rupp 1000 dedacted from my account then what aslip came out of the machine written bottom unable process . i checked my account in Sbi atm, found 1000rupp dedacted by indian bank but not received at the atm so I request to return my amount to my a/c as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that i used my atm card at Vijaya Bank ATM, Karol Bagh, New Delhi to with draw Rs. 5000/=. But the transaction was aborted without money being dispensed and also no statement was delivered from Vijaya Bank ATM, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. However, Rs. 5000/= has been debited from my SB A/c No.[protected]. Kindly look into the matter and credit the amount back.

HDFC Bank, Chennai — Wrong Amount debited for 'N' number of times

Hi,
I am the HDFC debit card holder, Wrong amount debbitted while withdrawing the money from ATM of hdfc bank, if its happened for first time then Its by mistake, but if its repating again and again then its like cheating the customer, if I connect with hdfc employee they are telling like visit nearer bank and fill the form , why so I should go its something went wrong from the hdfc bank side so they have to visit the customer and give a solution for that, if they really value the customer

u jus need 2 giv a legal notice on the name of manager of the branch u opened the a/c in . . rest bank is gonna do.
I am facing similar problem. I had withdrawn Rs.10000 which i got. When I tried next two times (Rs.10000) it showed trasaction failure but account balace was reduced by Rs.30000. Can any one help me in getting back the amount...

Indian Bank — CARELESS AND NO RESPONSE

THESE INDIAN BANK OFFICIALS GET ENRAGED FOR SIMPLE THINGS AND THEY DON'T RESPOND IF A CUSTOMER HAS A DOUBT. THE BANK HAS LOT FULL OF PROCEDURES FOR LOANS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Sirs,
My Indian Bank, Sion Branch, Mumbai - 400 022, Savings Bank A/c #[protected]. My last four digit Global debit card ending # 7717
I had used my ATM Global debit card in the month of July 2010 and ($100) Rs.5, 000/- for online registration with "iForex" dealing with foreign currencies but the same was not accepted by them and returned back in the month of 2nd August 2011.

They gave ARN # 75326101041003949770408 dated 02/08/2011 and said the amount is sent for credit into my account. Several times I spoke to my bankers i.e. Indian Bank, Sion Branch, Mumbai - 400 022, to credit the amount lying in their custody as "Unclaimed", quoting the above ARN # and date but they refused to reply.I also spoke to Mr. Shahid, Accounts Manager with "iForex", and he confirmed that the amount is still not returned by my bankers and they have already received the debit in their bank accounts.

Will the authorities look into the matter and help me to get my money back.

Sir,

I am having SB Account in Indian bank vellore branch. I have tryed to take money from my A/C in KVB bank chennai. but the transation was declained due to slow processing, then i went to canara bank the same problem due to slow processing the transation was declained but the amount was detected from my A/C immediately i condected IB ATM helpline they said that to conduct the vellore branch. kindly reverse the amount which was debited from my A/C as early as possible. ther wise what i should do for this problem please suggest.
