[Resolved]  Indian Gas Services ( Jai Jawan ) Dwarka sector-7 — Poor Management

I am a customer of Indian Gas of jai jawan gas agency of dwarka sec-7. This gas agency has a poor management in Booking up of gas . As usual the booking phone lines are always busy but but by even walkin to the agency for booking the person sitting on the front desk writes the consumer no. in a rough copy . It has been 11 days my gas didn't come so I walkin today and booked again and ask him to see on the computer and found no. booking was done . When I ask when will it come the person speak rudely that didn't the next person told you. IS THE INDIAN GOVT. RUNNING ON THOSE ROUGH COPY . IS THIS THE MANAGEMENT OF THOSE SERVICES ON WHICH MOST PART OF CUSTOMER EXIST. VERY UGLY MANAGEMENT INDIAN GAS SERVICES SHAME ON YOU.
