Indian Gifts Portal (http://www.indiangiftsportal.com/) is online company which delivers gifts on various occasions. I have ordered gift on Valentine occasion and it never got delivered. They are the online fraud people. Later on I found similar complaints against this website. They never pick up their customer support number when I tried to inquire with them. Please never place your order by India Gifts Portal (http://www.indiangiftsportal.com/).

.. I have been placing orders with them since last 2 years.. never faced any problem... I also use this website to deliver flowers to my clients, and never faced any issue.
I have placed an order on the occasion of rakhi, the receiver hasn't received my gift yet. It was supposed to reach by 10th of August, but has not been delivered yet. When i called up the customer care number, they put us on hold for long time and the call gets dropped saying that no representative is available. This has happened no of times when i called to know about my order status. Even if I someone answers the call they are not capable of answering my query. When I asked the representative to escalate this issue to higher level(managers), they said every higher official is busy.

I will not use/recommend this service from now on.
horrible experience, please don't avail their service. no guarantee on product reaching the customer. i never used their services before.no proper communication. no one to respond your complaints. please always look for some other service providers.
I have placed an order on the occasion of rakhi on 10th Aug order #656884, the receiver hasn't received my gift yet as it is delivered to wrong address. I addressed to Phoenix, AZ but it is delivered to Anahem, CA and it was supposed to reach by 13th of August, but has not been delivered yet. When i called up the customer care number, they put us on hold for long time and the call gets dropped saying that no representative is available. This has happened no of times when i called to know about my order status. Even if I someone answers the call they are not capable of answering my query. When I asked the representative to escalate this issue to higher level(managers), they said every higher official is busy. Since 15 days I am following up the same issue thru emails and phone calls and live chatting but I can't get any response yet! Every time wen I speak to the customer care they didn't answering and yesterday the guy who I spoke he did respond rudely and I said I will post compliant on consumer box he replied what ever you want to do do it! And I send lot mails but they said we didn't get it!

I will not use/recommend this service from now on.

I had heard about this site from a friend in U.S and thought of trying it out on Rakshabandhan this year to send a rakhi package to my brother in India. To give time for safe delivery of the package I ordered the items online on August 24 PST at which time the Expected delivery date was mentioned as August 27. And the tentative delivery time was 2-4 days. Till August 28 there was no sign of shipment. When I tracked it, the BlueDart courier service said that they had tried to deliver it but couldnt find the Consignee . I immediately talked to the customer care live chat on the main website and the customer care guy assured me that my shipment will be delivered on 29 August. But now after tracking I found out that the BlueDart Courier service has a holiday today so it would not be delivered till monday, which is of no use as the festival will be gone by then.

I am disappointed by this entire experience. I had heard a lot about this website from my friends here in U.S but I guess I will share my awful experience with everyone and pursuade them to stop using this service. There are many more reliable gifts delivery service websites to India which does not do all this . What is the point of delivering a Rakshabandhan item after the festival is over. If it was difficult to do so the website should not have accepted such orders in the very first place.

Indian Gifts Portal just wasted my money, along with making a false promise to deliver my shipment to the desired location at the desired time. The festival is gone and because of lack of dexterity on delivery on your part I missed an important ritual for the year, the loss of which is irreplacable. Though the time I have wasted on this service cannot get back I want to get a Refund of my money ASAP.

Fraud Site ... I dont want to repeat anything even i faced the same issue .
They are showing something and delivering something else. My friend from Europe order on this site a packet of chocolates and bouquet, but the chocolates delivered were 6 months old. also there only few chocolates in the packet, while the picture shows a big bunch of nice chocolates.
The bouquet was also not the one ordered.
So you have to confirm your recipient if he/she got the same gift as you ordered or they might ruin your image and money.
Can anyone share toll free now. I am not able to reach them nor their is any response to helpdesk.
Dear Team,

I have placed online order for rakhi from india to Indonesia on 24 th July and delivery date was 30th July amount Rs.1570/- with shipping charges of Rs.1145/-

On 30th July, my brother at Indonesia receive a call stating to pay custom charges additional.

On calling to igp support team, I got assurance from Twinkle (igp executive) that no need to pay extra charges and order will be delivered on Raksha Bandhan.

Again my brother got an email to pay custom duty. Again I called to igp team and requested to cancel the order and initiate refund, as raksha Bandhan was over.

I got assurance from igp support executive that refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Today again I call to igp team to check the refund status, now she is telling that she cannot initiate the refund.

Why there was wrong commitment was given to me since starting.

Please initiate the refund else will escalate to customer grievances platform.
