indane gas(indian oil corporation) — Non supply gas cylender in time

1. I am a domestic gas customer of Indane Gas of Indian Oil from 1988.
2. At present I am posted as Branch Manager, LIC of India, Hanuman Garh Jn.
3.I am a Domestic gas customer with Customer No. 26237(TV No.[protected]) of HANUMAN GARH GAS AGENCY from[protected] after transferred from FLAME GAS SERVICE, BIKANER(TV No. [protected]).
4. Hanuman Garh Gas Service had compelled me to purchase Rubber Tube on[protected] although I already had rubber tube.Bill No. 20817 dt.[protected].
5. My gas refilling had booked on[protected] after supplied gas cylinder on[protected] as per practice of next day automatic booking of gas supply.After a long time for non supply of Gas Cylinder, today I have inquired regarding today's supply. I have been told that they sent supply gas today for the booking of[protected]. when I asked why he had not supplied of my gas booking of[protected] they said this routine mistake, Now we shall be supply tomorrow.
6. Now if they will be supplied tomorrow then they will again book on[protected] and my next gas supply again be late.

So, Kindly look into the matter and assure the supply of gas cylinder within the scheduled time.

IOC — non supply of gas cylinder

for the last two times, whenever I book my gas through IOC 24 hours booking dial 1260, I am not getting my gas cyliner even after lapse of three weeks. I have to remind them frequently. My agent is M/s Sinddu Gas Agency, Dilshad Garden. This time also I booked my gas on 8th September, 2008. The cylinder is yet to be received.

i have book my riffle on date[protected], i have not recived cyl till date, also no telephone no- of sales officers, address of company display by distibuter also missbehave by dealer staff . please take the needfull action.

I have booked for a refill on[protected] and the agency informed me that the same will be delivered within two days. but so far not delivered and getting irresponsible and manners less reply from the agency. They are not at all attending phone calls and sometimes we are forced to hold the call for long time. We fed up with the support we are getting from this agency.
Please let us know whether the customers like me is like me is getting a favour from them. I am writting this mail as fed up with the support we are getting from them

LPG GAS CYLINDER OF INDIAN OIL — NON SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDER

My acocunt number is 6644 with Nayar Gas of Vikaspuri, New Delhi.
I have booked my LPG cylinder on 8th January, 09 on mobile number [protected] (Mr. Naveen of Nayar Gas Service Godown Inchage) has booked and confirmed that the cylinder will be suppllied after 3-4 days.

I am very surprised, even after my repeatedly call on same number, evertime Mr. Naveen assured me that cylinder will delivered tomorrow. But till now 20th January, 09 at 3.30 pm I have not get the delivery of the cylinder.

I am regularly trying to contact their main office at Vikas Puri on phone number 28544965 / 28544966 / 28547187, but their all lines are continues engaged.

Will appreciated if INDIAN OIL authority look into and resolve these types of regular problems of the consumers and deliver the LPG cylinder at the earliest, as I have not stock of cylinder and we have to buy the cylinder from the black market.

I am a consumer of IOC`S Inadian lpg domestic gas having only one cylinder.My consumer no is 4660 & my agency is BRIGHT INDIAN SERVICES, 360/J, Santhi park, Kolenchery PO, ERNAKULAM, KERALA Pin 682311, phone no:[protected], SAP CODE:176690.They didn`t delivered the gas in home in time, even i booked the gas.
I got the refill cylinder on last 18th march.i booked next cylinder on 15th april, but they didn`t supply cylinder to me yet, even they delivered the gas cylinders to my nearby shops.I complaint the same to agency, but no result.
So I humbly request u to look in to my serious matter, & i expecting a positive replay soon.

cooking gas — Non - availability of Cooking Gas and 2nd Cylinder

I have Indian Oil Corporation LPG connection. My present agency is Surya Gas Agencies Vaduthala. My consumer No is 200991. I booked the gas for this month on April 22. But till today I have not got my cylinder despite repeated reminders. They are giving false promise to supply the gas immediately. But nothing happened so far. Please take necessary action immediately and ensure that they supply the gas to me positively today.
I have only one cylnder. Last time i booked gas on 13/3/2009 and they give only on 20.4.2009. Your early action is highly obliged. Thanking you.

I have booked for supply of LPG gas cylinder on 09/02/2011and was alloted s.no. 558. I had my connection with Freedom Services, Birati. During booking I was told it will take about 10 days for supply. After 10 days when I contacted the agency, it was informed that my connection has been transferred to Green Indane agency and was directed to contact the same. On contacting Green Indane it was informed that no requisition for supply of LPG exists with them and if required the same needs to be booked afresh and will take further 10 days.
I was neither informed about the change of agency nor my requisition for LPG forwarded to the new agency.

Indane Gas from Indian Oil Corporation — Non-supply of Cylinder on Transfer

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that I have joined as Chief Manager, SyndicateBank, Bhubaneswar Main Branch, Kalpana Square,Bhuaneswar-751014 on transfer from our Raipur Branch and have got my Indane connection transferred to M/s. Maa Mangala Indane, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar-751006 and have been allotted Consumer No.223 on 24/12/2010. Although I have paid the cost of two cylinders I have been supplied with only one cylinder with an assurance to supply me the second cylinder as soon as they receive their quota from your office.

As the proprietor went on falsely assuring me but failed to supply till date I enquired about the same.The dealer responded by telling me that whatever I may do he will not supply me the second cylinder and that he has got good conenction with your office and nothing will come upon him.

Sir, finding no other way I am now requesting you to take necessary steps against the dealer for ensuring supply of the cylinder to me and to make him realise the importance of consumers in the era of liberalisation and free market economy.
If people like us are meted out with such treatment I shudder to think what would be the fate of ordinary customers of the aforementioned Dealer.

IOC/ LPG Cylinder refill — use of additional cylinder

My consumer no. is 28034. Name Jaiprakash Trivedi Block A 264/1, Bangur Avenue Kolkata 55.
I am having two cylinders I find always one cylinder empty because I can book only after 25 days of
last delivery. I find one cylinder goes between 21 to 25 days in a family of 4 person.therefore always
running hand to mouth as your condition for booking is such. I would like to know what is the use of second cylinder for a customer? Kindly reply me on [protected]@gmail.com .
