LPG GAS CYLINDER OF DISTRIBUTOR YADU GAS SEWA — I AM NOT GETTING GAS ON TIME AND THE CYLINDER IS HALF FILLED

I WANT YOU SHOULD TOOK ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO IT.

sir, a reced. a bottle filled, with water, ispite of lpg gas, i, requested, my dealer, to change, the cylender, but, refuse to, do so, and now, the dealer is not booking, gas, his services behaviour are very bad, kindly guide me, thanks, my consumer number is, 21656 jodhpur[raj]

We are an existing consumer, residing at Barasat. Our service provider is NorthEnd Gas, Barasat, Our consumer No. is NE2509.

Yesterday one cyllinder was supplied in our residence but there is a lickage in valves so we are very afraid of that. today mourning we called the service personnel but he told that this is not a serious problem. But I am not on his commands my told him to write down it that here is no problem in cyllinder but he refuses. In such condition we can not use the cyllinder and for this we are complaining to you and requesting you to look after the matter as urgent basis.

Sir,
I had recived a LPG Gas on Home Delieviry but Cylinder is defective in this cylinder no gas only water, the dealer mr.rama kishan gas service, allahpur, allahabad.

Sir please help me and change my cylinder.

Indian Oil — defective cylinder

Consumer no-PSV-1667, dealer's shop at Phoolbagan. new gas cylinder supplied is defective. when the regulator is fixed, gas starts leaking. pls help.

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you, I received one Cylinder on 06.11.0 9, from the above distributor, but there is GAS LEKAGE CONDISION IN VALVE, So I am very afraid of that, immediately I called service people, but he told
this is not serious problem, every day we are received so many compliant in various customer, this is not our mistake this is from IOCL filling plant only.

So kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action, otherwise, I will go to consumer court, because this is not a first time, it is happened many times( the same problem I face last one year three to four times)

i RECIVED GAS CYLINDER ON 31 12 09. WHILE FXING WITH REGULATOR GAS LEAKSING. THIS I HAVE REPORT JOE GAS AGECY ON 7TH JAN 2010 IN IRINJALAKUDA. THEY TOLD THEY WILL SEND CONSENT PERSON TO RECTIFY.
I REQUEST U TO ATTEND INTO THIS GAS LEAKGE TO RECTIFY THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY.

I am Indian Oil gas consumer having Consumner no 66818 at Yadu Gas agency, Industrial area shahibabad, Gaziabad.

Usually one cylinedr last 3 month when I was in Patna but in Gaziabad it just last 1.5 month no one at agency are paying any heed on this issue and it seems that there is some pilferages from cylinders before deliveriung it to home.

Nearly half gas per cylinder are being delivered to me and full payment are received against that

request is to kindly look in the matter and arrange to do needful in tis regard.
