[Resolved]  Indian Oil Gas Cylinder — home delivery of cylinder

its an information to IOC, iam recently shifted from one area to another in chennai south. when i registred myself in new gas agency. After some time they asked me to apply for change of address in consumer card provided by tn. I took iniative and the process is going on. nuv we tried to book for a cylinder but the reply from agency is you already got the cylinder, the issue is we have not booked the cylinder, but the supplier (with Delivery man) they illegaly used my name to book a cylinder and given that to open market. nuv after we tried to clarify this to the supplier, reply you dont have the consumer card, you come with the card like that they informing. concern is usage of domestic cylinder in an illegal way.

I am also member with this agencey "GAURY GAS AGENCY" my consumer no.47603 i have booked on net "TOMGAS" on 14-nov-2008, but not received till now 27-Nov-08. When i call to agency they are saying that we have no booking. This agency supply always short weight, they delivers cylinder with weight 26kg. appx. Whom should i contact. Phone No. this agency is

I always booked my cylinder timely but i am not receiving my cylinder timely and the person who bring the cylinder also give it by Less Weight and He did not have their weighing Instrument also when some instructions we try to give him then he always misbehave also.
if we want to contact Through Distributor then their two numbers 22455205 and 22465591 did not work.
we are facing so many problems evertime, we are using Stove for cooking the food.
So, please take necessary action against them who are trying to destroy the Goodwill of "Indane". I will be very thankful to you.

I have a great probem with my gas connection with Gyan Gas Service Vrindawan, U.P.. I have booked before Two month but we have not received my rifil and when we call to distributor the no response any call some time their phone swiched off and some time ringing the bell but not received. You are requested to solve my problem because we have no time to go to Distributor.

sir aapko jo agent hai boriavi gam m, e use jab se connection liya hai tab se koi prakar ki services nahii milti, usko 10.din se pehle booking conformed hota hai lekin koi sylinder ki home delivry kar ne nahi aa rahe ...hum ph karte hai to ulte sidhe javab dete hai ki aap aake sylider lekr jao...inti service nahi derahe to connection hume bandh karvana padega /...jab bolte hai ki mera sylinder aaya hai to bolte hai ki mere paas paise nahi hai jab paisa aayega tab sylinder ki gadi magvayege, , , , , aapke area manager se bhi baat kiya om prakash jha se bhi baat kiya par usko koi solution nahi la sakte is liye hame majbur hoke ye baat likh raha hu ...mujhe pure 6 month se ye taklif hai lekin maine aapo mail nahi kiya .lekin ab taklif badh rahi is liye aaj mujhe ye likhna pada, , , ok sir iska reply mujhe dena aur solution bhi kar ke dena...

i read all the complaints .all r true.i am from Mettupalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, here also our agent RVR Gas Agency, is creating lot of problems.the staff working there r very poor in replying.they do not properly reply 2 our questions.then they take 10-15days 2 deliver cylinder .for booking also they say that after 30 days only v can book the cylinder.but in other places it is only 21 days for booking.what is the actual rule?21 days r 30 days.moreover now there is a rule that if v didnt rec.the cylinder within 1 week after booking v can go to consumer court.i need the consumer service cell no.of coimbatore division.

You are requested to solve my problem because we have no time to go to Distributor

they are not booking the registration before 35 days.also they are taking after 1 days for delivery. so they are taking 45 days to supply a gas cylinder. also they not having proper branch at annur also they not mantan the delvery time and date at annur. kindy take necessary actions my con.no.17147

Brahm nagar, Kanpur, already mention booking date in my complain that is 25th Jan, but no action has been from your side. I request you kindly take needful action against the distributor.

i am facing this problem from sine i took the connection . i booked my cylinder from Shastri Nagar Gas Service,[protected] Jaipur Rajasthan on time and they assured each time that cylinder will be deliver at home on time but it never came home even after 15 days of bookings.
then we will have to go there and take it itself .
