[Resolved]  Indian Oil - LPG — non-receiving of LPG gas

Dear Sir,

I transfered my LPG connection from Kalkaji LPG Service Station to Mohan & Mohan Indian Distributor, shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Ashoka-2, Sector- 37, Faridabad (telephone number of the distributor[protected] on 19th Jan 2008 but on 23rd of Jan they jst refused our booking and again booked our gas on the same day but today (29/01/2008) they jst ignored our booking and told would be taking another 10 days.

Please let us inform what is the status of the distribution for the LPG.

We dont have any LPG gas with us.

Sahu residence of concor colony near tughlakabad, rail reservation counter.I have booked the cylinder on dated 24th Novembor through Auto Tele Booking 1260, now the cylinder has not yet reached.I have tried so many times to speak to my gas agency K2 International but the telephones have not been responded always in engage position.Today I have spoken to [protected] but the response was threating and misbehavior.

Please help me to provide gas cylinder urgently.

Iam the resident of H.NO[protected]/D/167, shivaganaga nagar chatrinaka hyderabad, it is to bring to ur notice that sharada gas agency of sultanshahi branch is not responding correctly and phone remains engage whole day when we try it for gas booking, since a week iam trying to book a gas but not getting, they wont lift when it rings, this is not only a my problem but everyone's.Iam having 24380284,[protected], 24387741, these 3 numbers remains engage whole day.

so i kindly request u to look into this matter seriously and solve it as soon as possible.

Whether Indane people doing black marketing like Mumbay Oil Mafia -Shinde and what petroleum ministry doing, recently taken over the portfolia by Mr. Jaipal Reddy, PM's Ministry reshubling does not yeild any result to common man. Don't insist/compel the common man to go for black marketing to get refilled cylinder due to wilful delayed supply of refill by said Distributor. Hope Congress party will take stern action against erring staffs of Indane of LPG. For your kind information, I have lodged similar complaint few months ago against VARSHA GAS SERVICE, AHMEDABAD 380 008 (CODE : 9112218.

I booked my LPG Gas Cylinder on 24.01.2011. The dealer name is Gandhi Nagar Gas Service, Gandhi Nagar Delhi-31. My Consumer No. is 14732. The delivery of the Gas has not been made so far. Kindly look into it and ensure that the delivery may kindly be made immediately. I shall also request you to please let us know the telephone no/Mobile no to enable us to contact you on phone. The dealer has stated that delivery from the company is not coming to him, although daily despatches are being made from his storage.

This is to bring in your notice that LPG refilling service at your Mundra branch agency is not maintained properly. Due to this we are facing problem to take delivery timely. I have done booking for refilling of gas 15day ago but till today I have not getting delivery and after call regarding issue to branch we have not getting proper reply and delivery boy asking for extra many

I hope as per repo of the company management will take necessary action and solution of the issue

I have a Indian oil LPG connection from Mohan & Mohan Indane Star Distributor, shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Opp. kanishka Tower, Sector- 37, Faridabad (telephone number of the distributor[protected]. I booked a gas refilling on 24/02/2011 which was to be delivered on 04/03/2011. i would like to inform you that I have a single cylinder connection and a long gap of delivery date is not affordable. Yet on 4th of March I was in quee at 8:30 am. And at 11:30am before my turn came they announced that they had no more filled cylinders and told us to come tomorrow. I would like to put some queries regarding this situation:

1. What is the use of delivery date if refilling can't be done on date?
2. How can we refilled cylinder on time?
3. In urgent situation, what is the process of obtaining a refilled cylinder?

i m consumer of Indane LPG . My consumer no. is 19608 . my agency is Sharma gas company, Shop no ..A1-A2, SDM market Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. Gas was booked on 22 feb 2011 with booking no 124. No delivery is made till date. After that it was again booked on 9 march 2011 with booking no. 13. still no delievery is made till date.

I am registered with Indian Oil Gas & I am having the problem with gas booking.
Whenever I went to book the gas to my distributor they refused to book the gas as per their notification from Indian Oil co. they are not allowed to book the gas before 30 days from the date of previous booking.I am suffering from the last 20 days as they are not booking up on time .
