[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank ATM — ATM not working properly

HARRASHMENT & DIFFICULTIESE IN US E OF ATM’S

I had an unfortunate experience in using the ATM of Indian Overseas Bank near Rajbhavan Road next to Pratual Honda show Room with my ICICI Bank Card.
I went to withdraw Rs. 16000/- to pay for taking delivery of two wheeler (Honda Activa New Model Booking Period 40 Days) at Pratul Honda Show Room.
While my account was debited by the ATM without giving the cash to me. I brought this to the attention of Indian Overseas Bank but they asked me to contact ICICI Bank. On contacting the ICICI Bank they said that since the ATM was of Indian Overseas Bank they should solve the problem.
I am being unnecessary harassed by both these Banks who are shuttling the problem to one to the other.
When I took to this up strongly with ICICI Bank they said they require 12 days sort out the problem.
This is too long and I will be losing heavy Interest as I have to pay the shortage through my credit card.
Both the banks are not concerned about this and are not taking any urgent steps to rectify the problem immediately.
As I heard such complaints from my friends also, I am sure such problems occur with other common public who use the ATM of different Banks and I request that some action be taken immediately to correct such mistakes.

General — ATM noe workin properly

from starting 2009, ATM of Bank of Baroda in Hardwar at ranipur moad, chandracharya chowk not work properly...
only 1 day in a week works rarely. please, concern about this problem otherwise remove ATM machines from all branches.

I wish to inform you that I am having my SB Account in your esteem bank and One Debit Card is provided to me by your IOBBank Nehru place to me for withdrawl of money in case of any emergency. I am sorry to say there is one ATM Centre located in froont gate of SHANTI MUKUND HOSPITAL, KARKARDOOMA Trans Yamuna in my locality. Ouf of 30 days I always found this ATM Centre out of order. Moreover there is no security person to whom I ask about the working of this ATM Centre. moreover I never found this ATM Centre in lock position. I always found it open. If bychance some day any transaction is made there is no receipt issued by this centre. As your goodself very well know from October there isi restriction o[censored]sing any other bank ATM Centre. Due to this every time we cannot use another ATM Centre. Concerned authrities are requested to look into this matter. I am sending this complaint for not my individual use this will help all the commuters who is having Account in IOB.

IOB BANK — ATM NOT WORKING ANY TIME

Hello Sir I am Muruga Prasath from chennai Ayanavaram my account no 21803 Kilpauk Branch Now i am staying Ayanavaram so i will go near joint office IOB ATM any time i go atm not working or cash out same problems all days i will inform to bank manager but he is not respons please take action Thank you
I am also an resident of Ayanavaram. Me too agree his words.
Everytime, It shows the same error, One of the worst bank in Ayanavaram.
Better they can close the ATM.

Even a RTO office is far better...in that bank you can see some old guys as staff having high B.P, whatever v asked they are replyng n high temper9( Hope they still think its 1980s). The reson behind the long ’Q’ in frnt of cash counter is because of the IOB ATM working next to the bank. hardly 2 or 3 hrs it ll work in a day fr thepast 2yrs(am stayng next to this). once i saw a guy stamping on it bec of his anger. 99% of the users ll curse this branch & none of the staff is ready to reply properly for this compaint which v made several times ...u can hav a direct visit whn u get time to knw mor facts...thank u

my mother is a E.B pensioner.her saving account maintain in salem main branch.two days before her card is not working.it gives ministatement detail.but can't get money, it replys invalid account and some time cash out.so please rectify this problem.

am Anbu, i am maintaining account(2619) from ngm college branch at pollachi, i withdraw a money from bank of baroda atm at 3.10.11 rs 100 but in account has been debited rs1100, i written complaint to branch manager at 4.10.11, but he will not respond my complaint, so i will give complaint to our atm complaint centre at 17.10.11(crm[protected] they are say clear my complaint within 7 working days but my amount has not refund, so i give another complaint at 29.10.11 (ka291012) but till now i did't got my amount .so please rectify this problem as soon as possible.

The IOB ATM near Radha-Madhav Theatres, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh is not functioning properly. We do not get any receipt for any transaction for 364 days of the the 365 days in the year. Further on 22.05.2012 the shutter of the ATM was down at 10.00 p.m. Most of the times though the ATM is open the machine does not function. Please see that these irregularities are set right immediately.

this is to inform you that, I Dileep Sankar.K.V put my SBT debit card card in IOB ATM, Chrompet, Chennai, The card went inside but didnt came Out it was happened today, and i asked to the manager he asked me to wait up to Monday evening, How terible service you people are giving, please try to understand the customer's problem monday to friday i have work, so to get my card back, Ineed to take leave...
