Dear All, My sincere advise is if you any account in IOB, please please close your ac as soon as possible. I lost my iob Debit card i am trying for more than 6 hours but not able to reach the customer care. Think there is only one landline and only one person is attending the call. Very worst service i have ever seen. Very ashame to have an account in IOB Was this information helpful? | |

no responce from customer care. some customer are having the same opinion. it is a shame on the part of the management the customer care number is allways busy is it because there are so many complaints
Madurai K.Pudur IOB Branch No response from the officers the jewel loan officer which time is available or not available nobody dont know other officers not tell responsible answers so people waste their times and charges so very worst officers so please take action

I am very much dissatisfied with the customer services rendered by IOB staffs chennai Branch.
I went for the adding the new name in the IOB account in the afternoon ( AS INFORMED BY THE STAFF )where the staff was not seen anywhere in the branch.But the Asst manager incharge does not attend it and asked me to wait for more than half an hour. Then the concern person came from outside and said me to come in the morning hours.
No correct information is given to the customers about the timings and procedures for doing the work.
If anyone want to WASTE THE TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY, PLEASE GO TO IOB BANK.
The IOB bank Account holders should be ashamed for having an account in such a WORST BANK with VERY POOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The higher officials are responsible for such a poor service rendered to the customers.Please take immediate action.

I totally agree with all of you. I was trying to add Netbanking option to my account and man it took them 6 months to do it. Not to mention the back and forth call plus me going in person. Still it is incomplete :-( I don't know why they would have an online option if they ask us to go in person for every request.
