A speed post packet NO ED[protected] DT 06.03.2009. SENT FROM DELHI BY ONE OF MY CLIENT, 5 DAYS PASSED BUT PACKET NOT REACHED DESTINATION, i.e. DISTANCE OF 200 KM. I PRAY ALMIGHTY FOR PRIVATISATION OF INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES. BEING GOVT EMPLOYEES THEY DONT CARE.

I am writing this mail on 27th May 2009. A registered post sent on 22nd April 2009 from Kottayam To Dubai not reached even after one month. The post contained the School Transfer Certificate of my children who were admited to a school here. As per UAE law one needs to submit the TC within 30 days of issue. I do not know what to do now. Just imagine the stress, mentel tension and the loss of one years study JUST BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF OUR POSTAL DEPARTMENT. The registered post reference number is CP[protected]/IN. Can anyone please help me trace this doccument.

We have send documents to Eco Bank Malawi, Tanzania wide speed post No. EW[protected]IN, the post has not reached & tracking system is also not responding.

I had forwarded a letter on 02/06/2009 at 17:03 through speed post under registration "SP-EU[protected]IN" from GORAKHPUR <273001> Counter No:1, OP Code:04, addressed to Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd., Kolkata.
Today about 16.30 hrs when I had discussions with Kolkata office and surprised, when I was informed that the said letter has not been received by them so far.
Could you kindly look into the matter and let me know the latest where about the same and also to deliver it the addressee and confirm.

With much regret I am to put my grievance that on[protected] at 20:44 hrs, I'd posted a parcel of 520 grammes( of non antique nor having any commercial value), i.e a new palm leaf engraving work to one of my friend Mr.BORIS BIDICHEV of FILATOVA, UKRAINE-65074, the code number of the document is EO[protected]IN, at your BHUBANESHWAR RAILWAY SPEED POST COUNTER, the officer present received the article told me that 'it would take 8 to 10 days to reach the recepient, but till yesterday, it was not received by the addressee.
Your services made our friendship relation to a bad reputation.
I hope the authority do the needful in an emergency, otherwise I have to go to the court for justice.

non tracking of status of speed post

I have send articles to ROMANIA, SIBIV wide speed post No. ED[protected]IN, DT. 27/07/2009 the post has not reached yet & tracking system is also not responding.

Dear sir,
I have send a very urgent document by seed post from DAPOLI ( dist. Ratnagiri, Maharashtra) to New Delhi. Your recipet no is EM[protected]IN. This document can not track.
I am in very big problem due to this. If the document can not reach in time, I have to pay fine pro. Rs.50000/- What should I do? Or Do you pay the fine amount. Is it not your responsibility?

I am about to recieve a speed post containing important document from Kotak life Insurance from their head office Mumbai, they sent me on 31/08/09 pod no EM[protected]IN, 9 days passed still the document is not tracable,
kindly bring this in to notice of concerned department

You are right buddy, Postal department have now made it very difficult to track the speed post status. I am also trying to track my speed post status on website as it is demading login id and password. I think the postal department is on the way of corruption in other departments as they have made it impossible for general public to have the status of their speed post on web and also get the money/commission from the service providers if we try through SMS. I have also tried through SMS but it is also not working.

Shame on this government.
