[Resolved]  Indian Railway — regarding carelessness of railway staff

My father aged 72, ma mother aged 61 and my brother son age 6yrs where having reservation form Betul by train no on dt[protected] on reaching station we find that the coach position ie. S1 is 6th from engine on the chart prepared by indian railway and we stand accordingly but when the train arrived the supose coach was far behind any how the potters logged the luggage in the coach but my parents where forced to get into other coach as if the stopage was limited and train started moving till now i am not sure that whether they are safe
when i enquire the same with railway staff they said they are not responble for the same

1. The same thing happens at Sambalpur Railway Station of Sambalpur Division also happens.
2. Last time I had to board at Agra railway Station where the Nizzamuddin Visakhapatnam Express stops only for 5 minutes I was waiting at platform the Coach position was not lighted till the train arrived and with much difficulty I have to board the train in different Coach. The Display lights of coaches are useless

What is the benefit of giving the coach number Lights and positions etc when the negligent railway employees are there to harass the passengers. They forget that they are getting the salary from the tickets of this passengerss. They can only demand for salary and bonus.
regarding carelesness of railway staff
My self 61 and my wife 51 where having reservation form Guahati to Delhi by train no 2501on dt[protected] on reaching station I found that the coach position ie. A1 is quit ok after reaching New Bongaigaon I found that the 2nd AC coach like a market as different venders from out side coming in coach for selling their commodities and also beggers are moving in side the coach I asked to care taker for this but nothing taking care for this . So kindly look after this matter and give a safety to passengers.
I am not sure to whom this complaints will go or should go . But up to some extent I am sure that it is the responsibility of IRCTC people who should check the quality of items being sold at the shops available on different platforms.
If any thing is old, outdated and not able to sale any where then it can be sold at railway station. That we know. Especially I found it when i was travelling from lucknow to chennai. at Jhansi railway platform when I found the mineral water which was manufactured one year before was sold to me. Generally Jhansi is known to be the place of crime. of course it was proved again. printed price some thing selling price much more. if the customer comes to know then they return the money otherwise no.

it seems that with the IRCTC brand on the top of the shop all nonsence works and IRCTC poeople sleeping !!!

yes, similarly the railway staff at phagwara junction, punjab are very rude and wasting the money of government. most of the times he keep talking on his mobile phone..and then give ticket to those whom he knows n those standing in queue like a bewkuf can do nothing..aur bolne pe gussa dikhata hai kamina...thats enogh from my side ... so any one if can help..please save the nation from these duffer type of person who is irresponsible towards his job...
I m Sudha Rani from Nidadavole junction, west godavari district, Andhra pradesh. My complaint is that no one is responding in the enquiry counter in Telephone Number, our house is so far that we can't go to the enquiry counter for query everytime, even if we miss the train bus stand is so far.. Most of the time no one is seen in the counter also. Do the needy.
I am Santosh Kumar Maharana, loss my valuable VIP suitcase (gray color, Big size, with dark green color cover) in SWARAJ EXPRESS (Train No. 2472, standing train, Coach No S3 Seat No 57, 58) at DELHI railway station (Platform No.8) on 04.05.2010 10:10PM. After aware my looseness I have immediately inform to the on-duty railway gun men and also to the patrolling GRP officer. No body was responding me and I got a reply of “THIS IS AN EVERY DAYS ISSUE! To WHOM WE RESOLVE THE ISSUE, ”. Finally I lost my suitcase and I reach my destination station Ratlam for write a FIR against my looseness.
Wherever Employees are engaged for the particular job (To help/cooperate the passengers) response and getting salary for that, the result is HELP & HOPE LESS OF THE PASSENGER. Request to look into the matter and take an action on such type of issue please.

sir i am uday shah from bihar but my business is in andhra pradesh, i went to bihar on 30-05-11 for personal work and i completed our work, so i went to madhubani railway station for tatkal ticket early in the morning 4 am. but i saw the position of the railway reservation counter was very bad because there was too many brokers and they are doing gundaism. the time was 4 am when i was in the Q in second number .after 2 hours 4 or 5 members came to me and they told to go back in 5th number i ask why you r saying me to go back they start to missbehave with me .bcause they all are brokers gunda's .then i get upset and i back to home .i thought it was difficult to take ticket from counter so i went to railway ticket brokers and he ask me to give 1500/- for one person for tatkak ticket i shocked .again i went to madhubani railway reservation counter at night 11 pm but again same problem i got there finally i take tatkal waiting list ticket.and .i request to railway government please take serious action other wise poor people who goes for jobs to out side off bihar how does they pay this huge amount.they are brokering with gundaism.and who gives ticket to te counter he was also partner of this type of gunda brockers.because he have own 2 or 3 form in his pocket.and ther was no ticket checking aunthority on railway station and no rpf .was there people are getting too much problem from this type of brockers .. and they brockers are dangerous for simple people finally i request to bihar government please take serious action to this issue because after a long period we are filing happy to do our business freely out side of bihar and there was a good image for nitish kumar government. but this type of people are the source of insult of the state and state people and state government.

1) I am reserved and journey date 27/12/2013, train no:08570 from Kollam to Visakhapatnam in 3teir ac coach. But AC not worked throughout. I was complaint 2, 3, times in AC technicians, they are not rectify that problem.
