OUR RAIL CHARGES MINIMUM DISTANCE FARE FOR 100 KMS, IN FOLLOING CLASSES.
FIRST CLASS AC,
2-TIER AC SLEEPER,
3-TIER AC SLEEPER,
AC CHAIR CAR,
FIRST CLASS,

WHILE THERE IS 200 KMS MINIMUM DISTANCE FARE FOR FOLOING CLASSES
SLEEPER CLASS
SLEEPER CLASS ORDINERY

AS THERE IS 200 KM MINIMUM CHARGE IN SL AND II SL, THE PEOPLE WISH TO TRAVEL AROUND 100 KMS IN “SL” TAKE ONLY “II M/E” TICKET AND GIVE SOME TIP TO TTE, SO OUR RAIL LOOSE REVENEWS.

THE MINIMUM DISTANCE FARE FOR “SL” AND “II SL” REDUSED TO 100 KM WILL BE USEFULL FOR PEOPLE AND RAILWAYS ALSO. I HOPE OUR RAIL WILL MAKE NESSESARY CHANGES AND OBLIDGE.

Dear sir,

i have complaint against mr. pancholi who is working with indian rail on surat station. he is a cheted all the passanger, who wants reservation, for their journey, when passanger asked for the ticket he is directly said that give this much money but actual ticket price is less than the money he wants, every customer he collect 4rs as black money, which is law says.


in my case i asked for the baroda ticket but he gives me bombay ticket, when i want to cancelled this ticket he is said me that 20rs is decudted from this ticke i said its ok but, as he is claver he is not cancelled my ticket and just issued me baroda tiket and cut twenty rupees.

for me time is running out so i have not take any action at that time but i urje to take action against them and please transfer him at any small station when he is not cheated any customer of indian rail.

Can i cancel the ticket at mumbai provided the ticket is purchased for journey from mumbai to chennai at chennai ticket counter.

sir, i m gurjit singh from jalandhar(punjab) i wsweras filed a complaint of Excess fair on 20 Sep. 2011 but yet i have not get any answer, u have take 30 days for solved a complains , now how much time u'ii take
i get my amesty renewed on 3rd december and i forgot it in my home as it was in my pocket and on 4th december it got checked and ask her to check it by tomorrow morning but she reused and she collected unusual charges i.e rs 255. for such a short distance from ghazbad to chader nagar.

I have booked ticket by train no.126484 on 5.7.2016 from Bangalore to sales by AC 2 tier for the following persons.We have confirmed berth A1 27 and A1 29

Total fare was Rs.3120 + taxes. We have checked with TTE and found that excess charges were wrongly made accounting the distance, but could not establish.

Could you please look in to this and arrange necessary credit in my account.

Dear Sir,
Today I had gone to Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore to send my female member to chennai by 12610 and had not bought the platform ticket. The Ticket Examiner had fined me for Rs.300/- vide challan no.772911 dated[protected] . When I explained my fault he took my PAN card and my mobile phone. Told him that he can not pull my phone. When I paid the fine he issued slip EXCESS FARE TICKET . Is it the challan for not taking platform ticket.
Kindly clarify.
