[Resolved] Indian Railway — No Staff in Tatkal Reservation Counters | |||
Hello. Today (17/05/2012) I have booked a Tatkal railway ticket from railway booking center at BDA complex, Koramangala, Bangalore 560034. Standing behind a long queue of arrogant railway agents who rules the place, when finally reaching the counter we found only 2 counters are open out of 5. Also, the staff (especially the lady staff) who sits there was too slow and most of the people lost the advantage of coming to the queue at early morning 4.00AM. What we could see there today was a total mess and the autocracy of the agents. If some one say these all malpractice happening at railway counters are to help the agents, no one can blame them. Hi, I went to the Banashankari BDA Complex railway counter for reservation from Howrah to darbhanga and vice versa. she spoke to me so rudely, she was telling to me when online booking was there why you come to the counter, i dont know the train no, so i write the train name and i thought throught software they will write it and she was so irritated and shouted like anything. is this the way to speak to the customer? i want her suspension from the post.
