I had placed an order for Tetra Bits Medium 20 % Extra 300ml 1 + 1 FREE vide order #3017197 dated[protected] as done several times in the past and paid for the same an amount of Rs.700.00 (650 for the material and 50 for shipping). The paymemt was made throurgh netbanking and they confirmed receipt of payment on[protected] and changed order status to processing. Till date , the same is is yet to be delivered. I am really surprised as they had a very good deelivery and response system and i was a regular buyer.
Inspite of repeated attempts to contact them over phone/ email, i have not been able to contact them. Please help in getting the material or else the money.
