Indiaplaza — Poor Customer Service, Defective Product

I purchased a mobile phone(Samsung Galaxy S2) through and they sent me a defective handset whose speakers are not working. I contacted them and asked for a replacement but now they do not seem interested. They are making excuses and taking unnecessary time saying that a guy will call me and tell me the next steps to be taken. They are not even following their own mentioned timeline for service.

This is appaling as i have shed 28000 rupees for this mobile phone. It is they are not responsible for their own product and customer service since they have got the money now.

Extremely 3rd class and bogus company and should be banned for selling products.

I want them to immediately replace my mobile phone including pick-up and delivery as it was free and it is not my problem. I also want them to compensate for the loss of warranty days on the phone and the interest on the 28000 rupees that i paid for this phone.

Indiaplaza — Bitter Experience

i ordered books from indiaplaza.

For a week the status of the shipment was ready to ship i thought the meaning of ready to ship was they have the product all they have to do is ship it.

But after 5 days of the order in ready to ship they cancel the order without any intimation.

When i called indiaplaza customer service they say they cancelled the order due to the unavailability of the book.

I dont understand how the book can turn up in the search if it is not available with the vendors.

Fine the book is not available so they cancelled the order. The Major problem is they dont take enough efforts to refund the money.

They take more then a month to refund the money.

Online shopping has turned into a bitter experience cos of INDIAPLAZA.
I have ordered fujifilm fine pix S 5800 by paying full amount 7899/- on 09/08/2008. I have been told 15 working days. today its 10/9/2008. I have not recieved my camera for which I paid like a bloody fool thinking they will deliver. previously I ordered twice for perfumes and got it within 3 days I was impressed. Before you book anything more than thousand bugs be carefull !!. promptly they keep sending mails for delay. I don't understand once the product is not available why the hell on earth they display & take money? I am not going to leave my money as I stay in bangalore near to their office I will catch them.

Indiaplaza — Poor Response

Bought an IMATE PDAL from Indiaplaza,
Initially for 3 days my IMATE PDAL was working fine.
Just then my battery started to misbehave wherein I had requested for
replacement of battery.After which its touchscreen was not working, finally
it was not getting switched on at all.I tried reaching the customer Care, but I didnt get proper response from them.This is turning out to be a very bad experience.Online shopping has turned into a bitter experience because of INDIAPLAZA.
