Indiaplaza — Poor Customer Service, Defective Product
I purchased a mobile phone(Samsung Galaxy S2) through www.indiaplaza.com and they sent me a defective handset whose speakers are not working. I contacted them and asked for a replacement but now they do not seem interested. They are making excuses and taking unnecessary time saying that a guy will call me and tell me the next steps to be taken. They are not even following their own mentioned timeline for service.
This is appaling as i have shed 28000 rupees for this mobile phone. It is they are not responsible for their own product and customer service since they have got the money now.
Extremely 3rd class and bogus company and should be banned for selling products.
I want them to immediately replace my mobile phone including pick-up and delivery as it was free and it is not my problem. I also want them to compensate for the loss of warranty days on the phone and the interest on the 28000 rupees that i paid for this phone.
