[Resolved]  Indiaplaza. In — Not Delivering Item

All,
I booked a mobile phone from Indiaplaza on 27th of April, paid the amount through my ICICI bank account. The site mentioned seven days to ship the Phone(By 5th May). And it's the 6th May and the status of item is "will be shipped by 5th May" - No communication nothing from the company.

I mailed them, again - no response, called up the customer care[protected] in the 'prescribed' 9.30 -6 PM time; nobody is picking up the phone either. After many attempts the executive picks up and says the item is out of stock and will take 2 days to procure and send. The 2 day time does not include today and the expected date.. So in effect it's 4 days+.

Guess what, they are still showing the same phone in the site, that means they are still selling it. But not to me.

Stay away from Indiaplaza, it's run by a non-professional management and a bunch o[censored]seless vendors. Prefer ebay any day. The sellers on ebay care about the reputation and feedback each one of you give.

Stay away from indiaplaza.in (And it’s afflicates like bsbazaar, manorame emart etc.. All those boast powered by Indiaplaza

India Plaza, Largest On Line Shopping — Non receipt of ordered and paid Article.

I ordered 3 articles viz. Kingston 8 GB Pen drive, Glucose Monitor and Citzen Digital Blood Presure Monitor at a Cost of Rs. 3081/= including packing and shipping Charges. The Order No. was 10749. Out of the three itms, items 1 & 2 were delivered to me correctly. Item 3 B.P. Monitor has not been delivered to me though approximately 2 months have elapsed. On several Querries with the Company they gave me a No. AWB [protected] of ARAMEX Couriers and on enquiry from the Couriers it turned out to be that of the Pen Drive which has been delivered to me on April 4th, 2010. It is obvious that they have either failed to send the item or the Courier delivered only one item instead of two. I stay alone in my address and the article has not been delivered to me. If the company assures that the article has been delivered let them prove that to whom it has been delivered. This is a case of Malfunction of On line Purchases inviting the attention of buyers to stop on line purchases.

Indiaplaza / Sifymall — DELIVERY OF ORDERED PARCEL YET TO RECEIVE

I had placed an order for Kids Educational Laptop for Rs.399+Rs.50( for shipping and delivery) on 7th May 2010 through SifyMall powered by Indiaplaza.
I had paid through credit card & my order number is SM[protected].
I'm still to receive the said laptop. I have registered complaints on the Sifymall website and I haven't received any response for my complaints. I tried calling their call center but the numbers cannot be reached.
Please help me in this.

India Plaza, Sify Shopping — Material not delivered although payment was made one month before.

I ordered for a mobile handset through Sify Shopping Mall as follows:

Order date : 29th april 2010
Item : Nokia mobile set
Order No : SM[protected]
Payment: Rs: 2389-00 through credit card.
Delivery: within 7 days as agreed.
Till today the material is not delivered.
I contacted sify customercare many times but very reluctant to talk or to resolve the issue.
In the past also they failed to deliver items & refunded money after so many months.
In such case what shall I do.
Being a big shopping mall they are simply cheating the customer & such thing shall be propagated to all.
Pl help me.

Indiaplaza. In — No order delivery or refund

I had ordered for 'Shrewsberry Biscuits' and 'Ferrero Rocher Chocolates' on the 18 June 2010 from Indiaplaza.in. They delivered part of the order to the intended recepient in Ahmedabad after some 15 days.
After that I have been posting Customer Queries since 27 June 2010 since the biscuits were not delivered. The agents did not respond for ages, until one agent finally replied on 22 July 2010

This query is still open and is expected to close by 24/07/2010

It has been 144 hours (6 days) since their internet response but no sign of either the order delivery or a refund.
I have re-queried twice after that with no response. They never pick up their helpline phone. Once somebody picked up but hung up without uttering a single word. The ironic part is that the query is still open and says "This query is still open and is expected to close by 24/07/2010"

I am tired of the kind of service Indiaplaza.in provides these days. I have been a regular customer with these people. And I have spend a lot shopping from their website. I dread the way they might be treating their 'not so regular' customers if this is how they treat their regulars.

I am definitely gonna close my account with these people. And probably even warn others off.

Indiaplaza. In — Cheating company

Big time cheaters! I placed 3 different orders with Indiaplaza.in. One item (boom box Order IN[protected]) was cancelled after 40 days after many follow-ups saying that the item is out-of-stock! No interest paid back to me!

Another item of same order (Rhymes CD - Order IN[protected]), as per the site was shipped but I never got it! After 2.5 months and many follow-ups they said the courier company could not ship it and the package went back! When I shouted at them, they simply cancelled the order!

Another item (Fisher Price toys) was in ready-to-ship status for 15 days and when I demanded them, they said they cannot ship the item and cancelled it.

I feel so cheated by this company. They sell items that they cannot ship. I am soooo frustated and helpless. How can I stope others from getting cheated? I am very frustated with this site. Can I take legal action?

One order[protected] was delayed for 30 days! One order[protected] flowers) was pathetic on quality. They promised 18 red roses but delivered only 12 roses with an ugly arrangement.

Another order was past the date of given ship date by a month and when I called multiple times, they said they don't have the item and cancelled the item. I got the refund after 7 days.

Another item in the same order was in 'shipped' status but I never got it! I did not receive refund till now. Customer support person says that the courier company do not have service to the address given by me (Guntur). Big time LIE! I can easily dis-prove it.

One more order (IN[protected]) was supposed to be shipped by 30th July but was not shipped till 7th August and the customer representative keeps saying that she is checking with the supplier!!! How long?

Completely agreed! Yes they are cheaters and has been doing online business by selling fake products or by not making delivery and filling their pockets with customer money.

Strong legal action is required to shut down this kind of creepy, fake, cheaters, online websites.

This is Sunil Singal from Mumbai, India.
I would like to file complaint against Indiaplaza.in. Last month I ordered Rakhi and gifts via their site on Aug 13th and paid 381 via my credit card. On their site they guranteed that rakhi and gift items will be delivered before rakhi day even if its ordered on Aug 21. I got the confirmation on August 17th that my product has been shipped. Since, it was Gjazaiad (Noida), I thought it would hardly take 1-2 days to reach there. But to my surprise it din't reached to the address even till today. I complaint online on their site 3 times but with no reply and action. Just an sms that it will be resolved and answered in 24 hrs. But they din't care to even reply. If it was usual shopping thing, I wouldn't have mind it but it destroyed all the happiness of rakhi, I would really like to file case against them especially when they don't have courtesy to even reply to the complaints. I will be filing and making people aware of this fraud so that they don't fall under such gurantees and ruin their festivals. Indiaplaza.in really poor and bad service

We had shipped the ordered item Handcrafted Ganapati Thali With Rakhi Set And Sweets on 17th Aug itself through aramex couriers vide docket # [protected]. The consignment was not delivered as consignee was not available when aramec attempted the delivery. As discussed, we have cancelled the order and the amount will be refunded back to your account in 4-5 working days time. We have also shipped complimentary Rakhi to consignee.

Rs.548/- is not a big matter for us but if you are motivated to earn money by this way, then i can understand why E-commerce business in india is shame for us unlike other countries where they have moral left in them. SHAME ON YOU.......
