I havent received the part its been more than a month now. . . Have spoken to these guys more than 20 times but they all make promise to ship.it out but no one ever does.

Indiaplaza.com / Multi Card Reader — Replacement for broken item awaited

I had placed order for a multi card reader, vide order ref no. IN[protected] on IndiaPlaza.com, on 20 Sep 11. On receipt of the item on 30 Sep, the item was found to be broken into pieces. I didnot open the plastic cover and immediately called up call centre of IndiaPlaza, and susequently have spoken to them many times. Complaints have been written on their web-site too. Now they say that I have to courier the item back to them to get replacement. Regarding the expenditure incurred by me on courier, they would provide me shopping voucer, and cannot refund my money to me as such. That means I am again bound to shop from them ! Despite repeated phone calls, neither are they agreeing to get the damaged item picked up by their courier, nor are they agreeing to reiburse the expenditute I'll have to incur on couriering the damaged item back to them. On the web, I have read many stories that even after sending the broken item, they don't send replacement item in time. This is considered as harassment just because the company is in such a position that I canot confront them directly, one to one.
Such unethical behaviour would discourage customers from e-shopping.
In any case, this is highly unethical on part of the company.
I would never ever like to shop through such a portal.

www.Indiaplaza. In / Sanyo Lcd Tv — Ordered Material not received more than one month

Sanyo LCD TV ordered to Indiaplaza dated october 4th of order no: IN[protected] of value Rs.10,350. Supposed to ship within 7 working days. Its almost a month over. Still the consignment not received. Status of the order showing shipped on 21st october. But the consignment is not yet shipped yet. The docket number given by them is fake.

Contacted customercare executives. Everyday saying it will be shipped soon. But no satisfactory reply. Spoken to senior manager once, shown committment in the words but no action taken yet. Recently tried to contact him, he doesnot dared to talk. Written enough mails. Lodged compliants in their forum. Still open.

Asked for cancelling the order.
Indiaplaza not responding and not returning the money. Indiaplaza is misbehaving so badly and taken overrights on customers.
If they dint resolve within 2 days, the matter will be taken to consumer court...

Indiaplaza / Hb Leather Head Phone — Non receipt of headphone

I ordered for one HB leather head phone wide order no.IN[protected] dt.28.10.11.After waiting for more than 11 days I received it by first flight couriers.It was a damaged piece.Complained to custumer support and as per instuctions I sent back the head phone toINDIA PLAZA,BANGALORE OFFICE.through DTDC courier wide way bill no.B77902294.dt.12.11.11.they have given me a ticket no.CNT[protected]. India nplaza promised me that it will resolve my querry in two days.Since then I contacted custemer care centre more than 11 times but no action,Till today 4.00 pm I did not got replacement of my head phone.I do not know what to do.I have clearly requested in my querry that if that foolish vender does not have the phone let him refund my amount for which no responce.Expecting early RESOLUTION and oblige.ThanQ with regards.

its pathetic site, i have ordered one pen drive(IN[protected]) on 27th November 2011 but after a month i am still waiting for my product, I beleive these guys are bunch of fool who do not know how to deal with customer. whenever i call these guys they only give the false assurance. Please do not buy anything from this site.It is the worst service i have ever seen.

Don’t buy any product from indiaplaza. there quality is very low.

I have ordered an apple cutter from India plaza. I got a message the product is desptached and the way bill no. etc. However, the courier has returned it stating that they are not serving in my code. When I contacted with great difficulty it was told that they will resend it by blue dart. After a long wait once again I contacted. I got a mail stating that my amount is refunded. When I tried to buy some other thing using that reund, there is no balance amount in the refund status.

Don't by anything from India plaza. Only customers can see that such irresponsible business is stopped.

Giftstoindiaplaza — Product not delivered and no response from the customer care

I placed a gift order on 3th Dec 2012 and requested it to be delivered on the next day ie 31st Dec. Till date ( 16th Jan 2013) , i have no clue about my order. The customer care number displayed at the website is an utter waste and nobody responds even after calling them 100 times a day. I tried to get them after calling them from a different number other than mine. They put me on hold and then disconnected the call. This happened twice. After which as usual they never responded even after repeatedly calling them. I have sent them so many emails to know the status of my order.. but all in vain . No response at all. I even messaged them finally that if i dont get a reply, then I would be going to the consumer forum. But that too dint help. I want my money back. My order number is GTIP- 2700 in the name of Rakhee Mahesh

I order two Wallets at India plaza site on 7th jan 2012..
Very disappointed to say not yet received the shipment also no response or proper revert from the team

I have place an order of SD Memory card on 27th Jan ETA for whcih was 3-5 Business Days, No Update on delivery and no one bother to at least call or text me .

How these guys are so irresponsible . But anyways thanks to them so show what they are, I am not exactly bother for the Money but actualy for the Pathetic Experience which I got .


Now India Plaza Sounds Fake to me ..
