Indiaplaza — Non Delivery of product / No refund of money

I ordered Medical Vapourizer, health product by making on line payment to this frodulant organisation called INDIAPALZA on Feb. 6, 2013. After writing number of times to them and receiving false promises from them regarding delivery or refund of payment they have not delivered the product or refunded my money till date 23/10/13. This shameless organization is again sending me mails for Dewali gifts shopping.
