[Resolved]  Indiaplaza.com — Item not delivered and no response from customer care

I bought a mobile phone through indiaplaza.com on 2nd Nov (Order No. : IN[protected]), with a promised delivery within 3 days. However, even after 2 months, it's still not delivered. I've already called the customer care many times (more than 25 and wasted so much money). And every time they ask me to wait for two more days. I also raised a ticket online (

I am a frequent customer of Letsbuy.com and infibeam.com. I had very good experience with them.Just by seeing some offer , I ordered this product which is still reaching. A very bad experience with them. Just to high light , I would like to share comments:

Indiaplaza.com — Product not delivered nor getting any updates.

I have placed an order for Canon Powershot A720 IS - 8MP & 6X Optical Zoom With 1GB Card, Pouch and Battery Charger with 2 Batteries under order #[protected], In site the order status is displayed as "Ready to Ship" from last 15 Days.
I have earlier recived your commitment mail that the product will be shipped by 4th July 08; Now again delaying shipment. In every mail I asked for the confirmation but recieved mail with unsatisfacroy answers, now not even replying to the mails or by telephone.

Indiaplaza — Very bad customer experience

I had placed an order for "Seagate Freeagent Go 2.5" on 18th Feb 2010 in indiaplaza website. The order number for the same is[protected]. After booking, they told me that the product would be shipped in 7 days. However, after 7 days I could not see any sign of shipment. So, I called them up and they told me that they would ship in 2 days, since the product went of the stock. I waited again and the story repeated again and again. So far I have called 10-15 times to their customer care and I am hearing the same thing, "We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will ship the product in 2 days".

At one moment, I asked them to cancel the order. However they came up with an excellent idea, saying, "They have Seagate Freeagent Go 2.5 in their stock and the difference amount will be refunded to the prepaid account. They would ship that in just 2 days". I trusted them, but I got duped. They did not even fulfill that. They neither cancelled my orders nor shipped my product. However they had promptly taken Rs 3874.00 from credit card.

By today (8th Mar 2010), I have called their customer service so many times and requested so many ways for the shipment. I am very disappointed with the way they treated me. It is very bad customer experience. I request all the readers not to buy anything from them. They are big fraudsters.

Attached is the screenshot of the tickets and the order. Please help me out to solve my problem.

IndiaPlaza.in — Order not delivered and no response from customer support

I ordered a book on 3 March- order number[protected]. Status of the order still shows "Being Processed". There is absolutely no response from customer support for queries raised. I had a good experience with indiaplaza for the first book purchased, so i tried this site again, now i don't think i will ever use it again.

Indiaplaza.com — Not Delivering Order worth 7500 rupees

I placed an order with indiaplaza.com on 12th April for a mobile phone to be delivered as a gift for my dad's birthday. Their website claims it has shipped it on 13th april .. but no order has been received

Their customer service number does not work ... and they are not answering any emails or online tickets that i logged on their website.

My credit card has been charged 155 dollars ( 7500 rupees) ...
I am absolutely angry and livid at this point.. Would you be able to look into this matter?

I purchased a mobile online from Indiaplaza on 25th Aug 2010. (ref no IN[protected])
I did not recieve the mobile in next 15 days so when i asked the customer care people.
they told that it will be send with in 2 days and due to lack of stocks so they were not able to send the mobile.Till now i have not recieved the mobile. Whta to do for the same problem?
Its being so bad experience with indiaplaza that i will recommend people not to shop atleast indiaplaza.

i did shopping on indiaplaza.com on 28th september 2010. as there were scheme of 100 rs. off. i was new to site. having lured by offer i purchased doodle pro for my son. i paid 438/- rs. through HDFC Card. actual price was around 590.
till now the status of my order is will be shipped. its not yet shipped not there phone is reachable.
i suggest you all, not to beleave this site. this site is fraud and its only there to eat your money and not for supplying your material.
if someone can tell me how i can find them and sue them then please guide me.

I had ordered for a Callmate 10 in 1 Multicharger on indiaplaza.com on 19th March. Even after 17 days they have not bothered to send me the product. They have not even responded to my complaints.

Indiaplaza.com — order booked and shipped to wrong address

i have ordered a book on 25 oct amounting Rs 287, from indiaplaza.com ID No.IN[protected] it has shipped on 3rd Nov by aramex courier consignment no [protected], but the courier service is not available at my home which is shipping address then after aramex has returned the same on 12th Nov the status is showing article has to returned to shipper as per courier they have returned it on 12th, but till now my order has not shipped again and no one giving satisfactory answer i have cancelled my order on 28th with ticket no CNT[protected]. but they were still assumed that it has shipped.
