[Resolved]  Indiatimes Shopping — non delivery of product

I had purchased from Indiatimes with order id [protected] but did not recieve the product.

I tried calling their numbers, also initiated online chat and sent an SMS to call back ( as that is a service committed by them) but there is no response.

I feel this is a fraudulent site not run by TOI. The owners are cyber criminals and should be booked under criminal offence to our nation. They are a big threat as the money they are siphoning can be used fror anti-social activities also.

All should unite and write to PMO. I am going to first meet ministry of consumer affairs and raise a complaint against them and meet DIG of New Delhi also.

I ordered my product order no. [protected] Micromax Tablet on 6th march 2013 online at indiatimes shopping by Credit card payment, and my product delivery date is 15th march 2013. But my product is not delivered till 17th march 2013 even its not shipped by indiatimes till 17 th march 2013.

Our Company had placed an order for a Fujitsu Laptop (Order No: [protected]) to Indiatimes Shopping on 14/06/2013 (prepaid) with an "expected" delivery date of 22/06/2013.

On 18/06/2013, Indiatimes Shopping claimed that they have sent the shipment via BlueDart. Upon tracking the courier, it was untrackable. Initially, the Company claimed it is not trackable because of the courier company's fault.

Till date (27/06/2013) the shipment is untrackable and undelivered. Repeated calls and reminder emails result in a standard response from the Company asking for more time.

Neither is the delivery being arranged nor a refund. For what it's worth, this company had successfully delivered our previous order, which is a common business tactic to trap someone as their trust increases for future dealings (usually translates into bigger deals).

We trust better sense will prevail.

I have ordered 2 products namely Vinod Breman Saucepot 20Cm, 3 Ltr and Vinod Cookware Stainless Steel Saucepan- 3216_VS (order no [protected]) from Indiatimes Shopping, online by paying through debit card an amount of 1084 rs on 21 September 2013 to hanumangarh junction, rajasthan. i have received only one product worth rs 530 i.e. Vinod Breman Saucepot 20Cm and a bill mentioning that both products are delivered, on 28 september 2013. so on the same day, i called customer care of the website, they have given me the complaint no or case id 1102551, mentioning that they will call me within some 24 hours or so. but i didnot received any call. On 29 sept, i received an email from them that we tried to contact but you are not contactable so reply on this email or contact us through customercare no. or we will be closing this case in next 24 hours. so i again called the customercare no mentioned, and they said that you are not contactable and many such things.we are not closing the case but we are closing the case from some department and etc. first of all, i didnot received any call from the website, second if they want to contact me they can also email me about the delivery of the remaining product. the email mentioning the closing statement which was not clarified at all, also tensed me. the customer care no attendee said that tell us the time when we you are contactable, i said at 12 pm, so he said that will contact you 12 pm next day. they also didnot mention why they want to contact me. again on 30 sept, i didnot received any call but an email and a message on my phone that your item associated with the order no [protected] has been delivered. on 4 oct 2013, i wrote them an email that i have not received one item and am upset about your services. since then they are trying to console me by replying through emails and saying that our case manager is working and so on. On asking them that i want to know the delivery date only, but again saying that we will call you today or next day, they are doing the same thing from 28 sept. i also have emailed them the people are wasting my time and i have to issue a complaint about them, but they are replying through same emails, without mentioning the amount of time they need and delivery date of the remaining product. shopping from this site has wasted my time, money and energy. this shopping site has been giving me the frustration and also deceived me.
This is for your information and action that we had taken the delivery of the Gas Cooktop(Padmini CS 4GT Jalwa-Order No:[protected])Invoice No:Til0156 dt:12/11/13) without assured Gift hampers {2 assured gifts worth Rs. 3960 - Revlon Beauty Hamper worth Rs. 1080 & Arrow Gift Hamper worth Rs. 2880} on 16/11/13 at 17.15 hrs.,

We have taken this delivery after talking to Mr. Saizan from customer care of M/s. Shopping.Indiatimes.com and our discussion ID given was 1168471 as per their records.

According to Mr. Saizan above said gift hampers worth Rs. 3960/- will be delivered by M/s Padmini Impex Pvt. Ltd. Directly to us and the same will reach us within 5-7 days.

After taking delivery, we had informed once again to customer care – Mr. Dixit Dilawar for not receiving the gift hampers and he also assured us that the gifts will be received by us within 5-7 days.

But till 17/12/13 we had not received our free gift hampers.

We had written several mail and talked to the customer care of Indiatimes shopping people to deliver us free gifts as assured but they are not paying any attention to our request. They are neither refusing us in written.

Please help us.

Today i called in customer care and i asked for replacement behalf of defective mobile. they asked me to get DOA certificate from XOLO care by visiting. so i will be going today in XOLO care for DOA. i will keep my post alive untill i get any resolution. let see what XOLO people say about this whether they are giving me a DOA or not.

In spite of repeated followups with indiatimes customer care, still i have not received any dispatch details of my product order no : [protected]. Every time i contact their customer care they simply say to wait for the day to get dispatch details, but no dispatch details are sent to me.

The expected date of delivery as confirmed by them was 13th January, 2014 but still i have not received my product.

I will be highly thankful to you if you make all the necessary arrangements to deliver my product immediately as i am in urgent need of it.

I am not able to understand, on the website that product is available in stock and still there is such a delivery delay.

Highly unexpected delivery from such a reputed organization.

I have lost all my trust in your brand and in future will refrain myself from buying anything from your website and would spread the word around regarding your delivery chaos.
