Dear Sir/Madam, i m shopping one asus laptop on 12th March. and they ship my product on aramex courier AWB is [protected] and my estimated date is 25March.when i contact to aramex they tell me it will be back to shipper for some reason.and till now when i contact to indiatimes they take a many more times. my order no is [protected] and my complain no is 763894 So, please help me and solved it urgent. Thats their standard answer "2 business days". In my case 2 business days became 6 months and warranty expired and now they refuse to replace.
India Times Shopping — delivery
I have given an order in www.shopping.indiatimes.com on 28Feb 2012. They have promised to send the product on 12 March 2012. But today is 17Th march but the product is not delivered . Customer care people are not responding to me and not giving enough information about the order details.My order no:[protected]
