indiatoday — Non-receiptof "Optima Two tone Pair Watch se" even after sending subscription charges sent in January 2009.

I had sent Rs.2, 000/- to M/s India Today in January 2009. The Group had sent a letter dtd 10.2.09 in which it was mentioned that ""Optima Two tone Pair Watch se" will be sent to me as gift. The weekly was sent to me w.e.f March 2009.But the promise still remain as a dream even after sending mail to wecare group ! Please help me

For shoe size no-08 have not received yet .I complained on phone about 50 calls but still not received
The another parcel yet.
So please send compliant with consumer federation I hope you will take the action immediately and
Send my pending order.

Rebok Sunglasses — Order not yet received

Its very unfortunate for me as a customer to have bought a product from your Todayshop .

Its more than 50 days even after making the payments i have not received my delivery.

What is more annoying is when we call your customer care number i have to go through agony of holding for 10-12 mins before someone attends, on one occasion i was made to hold for 38 mins (the no is not toll free) .

Every time a get a same response that the system is under updation hence we cannot give any details . Your officers have taken down my number but have never bothered to give a call back . I have been directed to your senior officers also but then i between they have always terminated the call.

If you can help me pls revert asap or i will be forced to take legal action.

i like to inform you that based on the advt in indian express i placed order for combo pack of rebok shoes track suits towel goggles etc via my credit card in september thinking a good company by name.as per my bank statement amount was taken the same day but goods not delevered as promised in 2 weeks.subsiquentely an offer with purchase for 7500 approx again taken from my credit card but rebok completeset not sent,offergift of sureet gold not sent iamm plamnning for press release and legal action if fail top get any material-drgcn
