I have received the three CDs ordered vide order no.0GA[protected] dated 14th Sept., 2008.The enclosure with the invoice asks for logon to http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm for claiming free gifts.This site does not open when attempt was made to o0pen it.It says site is not available.How to claim free gifts in such circumstances.

indiatodaybookclub — website to claim free gifts does not open

I purchased CDs of Britannica Concise 2008 CD ROM & Student Library (Book Code Nos. B1503 & S2282), vide Inv. No. ORA80171260, dt: 21.11.08. Upon receipt of CDs when I tried to access the website to claim free gifts as suggested in the claim form, I couldn't access it. I would like to return these CDs and want my money back including postal chgs which I paid in cash.

I was lured by indiatodaybookclub for purchase of cds and with gifts worth Rs60, 000/- through an email at my above id.
the order was placed by me and the cds were delivered on 3/12/08 although the invoice date is 27/10/08. It is starange that we have been asked to claim our free gifts which should have come along the cds. I have been trying to log on to their site indicated for claimimg free gifts but without any result. I have spoken to them also but every time I am told to wait for 48 hours.
the interesting thing is that we have to claim our gifts within 60 days of invoice date. My membership is ITBC08688176 invoice no is ORA[protected] dated 27/10/08. It now appears that the com. is doing fraud by way of cheating innocent people. Could u please help.

I have already had logged on to said web page and entered the required details of order, invoice, code and choices etc. almost about more than 25 days back, but still await the arrival. However, meanwhile another pack of best seller books (set of 4) has also been recieved after paying the amount of Rs 734/- to the postman. I also wished to avail the rebock shoe offer and ready to pay the cash/DD on reciept of 10 no. shoes but could not do that because mode of payment option was restricted to credit card only.

i purchased a set of 20 cds from Indiatodaybookclub but could not log into the free gift site to claim my gifts. Please look into the matter.
