1. I have received 20 CD Pack on 25.11.2008.
2. To Claim my Free Gifts I Log on to web site and download the information and take the print.
3. Subseqnently I was placing the order for Diamond Jewellry with my Gift Voucher No. SDITBP192949. It is indicating invalid Certificate Code.
4. I contacted Help Line 011 – 40502424 they gave me another Gifts Voucher No. SDITBM 624718.
5. Than I placed the Order for Jewellery with the Gift Voucher No. SDITBM 624718 and received the same on 18.12.2008.
6. Please advise me how can I book Holiday Package. In which format I have to give the priority of city and dates.
7. Moreover I want to know the validity of my this Holiday Package.
8. I have Log on to indiahotelreview.com but not found any provision for claiming this Free Holiday Gift Voucher.
9. Please help me in this regard as my order Invoice No. ORA[protected] of dated 05.11.2008 and it will be expired on 05.01.2009.

I have received the twenty CDs ordered by mr vide order No.0GA[protected] dated 28th Sep, 2008.The enclosure with the invoice asks for logon to http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm for claiming free gifts.This site does not open when attempt was made to 0pen it.It says site is not available.How to claim free gifts in such circumstances.I have written email and by post as well on the subject.

I purchased 20 CD pack and received an instruction note to claim my free gifts, a diamond gift voucher of Rs.5, 000/-, a holiday package tour of Rs.5, 000/- and adidas shoe of about Rs.2900/- but for an utter dismay i could not find the site mentioned in the note. The customer care executive has also turned out to be of no help. I repertedly tried but all in vain. I seen thousands complaint of similar nature without any resolution. This is a open cheeting by such a so called reputed organisation having a large number of members and a good circulation of its magagine. I have postedmy comments on the site of the comapny but have nbot rceived any communication. The compalaint lodged through Board of Complaint but the same returend back with dilivery failed notice. Should I shoot up a notice and file a case againsst the company before the consument forum for fredressal of my grivences.

Similar problem Iam facing. I have sent the money 2 months ago and til date I have not received a single gift that was promised. Only assurances and no one receives the calls on the mentioned number.

it is very much surprized that the company having a good name and reputation has choosen a cheeting and fraudulant way to sell its products and xolldect lacs of rupees and do not care and pay its head to the complaint made to it.because hundreds of its costumers say the only that they could not find the site to claim their free gifts. This is not aonly a cheeting or frayd commited by the company but a daylight robberry. The Dorecotrs of the comapny should think that on such ceeting, fraud and robberry they could not surviived fo a long. if this complaint along with the complaint dated 11.01.2009 (6 days before) is not ressolved or repllied the matter will be braught to the notice of the consumer forum. Though the comapny could have come to no the email address of the complainant making online complaint, even i am giving my email address.

indiatodaybookclub — fake prizes

i buyed books of worth 2658 to claim the free gifts of 5000/- worth flight tickets and 4000/- worth hotel and 2000/- worth some spl gifts. but they delivered the books and given a fake web address in which we have to login to claim the prizes. its very hard to now that the site is not exixtiing. i want to sue this company as i lost so much money
