I also recieved the same mail, Winning a discount of Rs.5000/- but I have not Payed any amount through
credit card, I was searching online if it was a fair Deal or a fake way of earning money.
I suggest all who have Payed money must collect and file a complaint in consumer forum, individually we all will get no response and India Today Books club will keep on cheating more People.

I have ordered books for Rs.2598/- on 10/01/2009.The cost was collected through my SBI card A/c.
My order No.was MITBC-WEB[protected].You have informed me that the books will be delivered within
3-4 weeks.On non receipt of the books I lodged a complaint. In its reply you had sent SMS to me that
my order has been processed and my order No. is OGA[protected] on 22/01/2009 6.26am

I regret to inform you that I have placed the order 3 months back and the cost was already paid through my SBI card A/c. Is it a India today cheating club?

It's a pity to mention that I ordered Encyclopedia CD pack (with 2night 3days holiday voucher) long back. The money was deducted from credit card on 27/08/08. Since then I have called the customer care help line more than 7-8 times in vain. Every time I was assured to get the delivery within a few days.

The amount deducted on 27/08/08 – (499+75)=574

I want to cancel the order and get the refund as soon as possible.

I have booked reebok shoe and kit for.I received parcel VPP .i paid amount to post office RS.3349.00 i recievd only empty packet containg 4 issues of april travel plus magazine.I was shocked it happen infront of my family members, Luckily I have recored.pictures. How can this happen I hv complait this with custer care no .[protected].He told me to repack and sent to same adress. I hv done this and sent back.Lets see what happens ahead.

just do not understand why the free gift cannot be sent along with the ordered products, we have to further login then enter the required details which is not accepted, very frustrating and waste of time !!!
