[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Ticket cancellation refund | |
Hi, I cancelled ticket from Indigo airlines from Banglore to delhi, For that Indigo charged cancellation fees Rs 750 per ticket, that is fine i got agree with that . But they are not returning the remaining money around Rs.4000 saying that they don't give refund and will add it my indigo credit but i didn't get any chance to fly again and the worst is that they are just asking me to forget the money as it isthere policy while all other airlines gives refunda after cancellation and deducting the cancellation fees. I have cancelled my ticket in indigo website, but they did not return me the remaining around 10, 700 Rs. Instead it is credited as balance in my indigo account. I am not planning to travel anywhere recently. How can I get the money back?

When will this end. What authorized you to keep our money. Plz let me know the cluase of law and i would be happy to donate my "Indigo Credit". How come no regulatory bodies have taken care of.

They must refund if we cancell the ticket as other airlines are refundind money by deducting only canceelation charges.this matter should be send to consumer complaint foram
