[Resolved] Indraprastha Gas Limited — PNG | |||
1. That I applied for PNG connection on[protected] vide registration No. 993954 and deposited the registration amount of Rs. 6000/- vide cheque No. 593406 and 593407 dated[protected] drawn on Canara Bank and debited from my account on 14 May 2010. 2. That I have been allotted Business Partner No. [protected]. 3. The installation work of PNG connection has been carried out in our area in the month of Feb. 2011. 4. That in spite of my several personal visits and telephonic requests in the IGL office, Sector-9 Vaishali, No work has yet been done. 5. That a request has also been made vide letter dated 30 June 2011 which was personally delivered in the IGL Office, IGL Bhawan, Plot No. 4, Community Centre, Sector-9, R.K.Puram, New Delhi. No receipt of request letter was given but I was assured that the work will be completed within a period of 30 days. It is therefore requested to please ask the concerned department to redress my grievance to install the PNG connection at my residence to avoid any hardship. Was this information helpful? | |||
