information media 21 is purely a fake company.it take 15000 deposit from each candidate as a security money.does any company take any money from candidate??companys operation head whose name is satish tokas is a fake person, a thief, chor hai...and one more person Saurabh who is asm of jaipur, he is a double tongue person"DOGLA HAI". at the time of interview the company will promise you to give 25000 salary p.m, but after getting security money from you they will attach a revised salary structure with your appointment letter statinf 5800 as fixed salary and 18500 as variable.when you have signed the appointment letter, then the "DOGLA' saurabh will tell u that the salary is target based, when u have not achieved the target even 100 aur say 0 then you will not get a single penny from the company.atleast you have to achieved 16800 of the set target to get the basic of 5800 rupees or else you will not get a single penny.some guys who are currently working with the company have not get their dues.they were working for last 2 months and they got 1000 rupees as motivational, only 1000 rupees for working for 2 months.
This company is totally a fake one.
and also they give HR personnel a target to recruit 18 bdm or jr.bdm or else they will not get their basic.
This fake company is totally surviving on money which they got by recruitng candidate.
They dont know about their competitors, in training they will give fake knowledge, and the trainer itself suck.
The company cannot survive, its my guarantee.

i am bharat singh . friend tell me one of all the company who give the full salary paid to their employee. who has been work in marketing . every company has set a target for marketing job.like hdfc, icici, religare, karvy etc.
i tell you the condition about the salary structure of religare.
if you achieved the 100000 target and generate the 70000 revenue the you get a salary of 10000rs .
i mean to say that it is not true that i media is a fraud company.
i media is a plateform to improve your ablility, and get the some reward
every marketing company has set a target both fix and variable.for example
LIC, bajaj alien, spice bpo, mahindra tec bpo etc.

yes i agree with ur complaints they destroy the career of student even after a long time when i got a offer letter from this company i was so happy and believe me dear that offer letter is so attractive, i got that letter through helpline consultancy company kolkata, because in that time i was so depressed i have not any job in my hand this offer letter is just like a "dubte hue ko tinka ka sahara",
i with my father went jaipur for 3 days training in that time they provide you kit, lunch, bus facility, hotel and all but all are only for showoff actually they spend some amount of yours Rs 15000 which they already receive at the time of your appointment. at the time of your appointment they show different salary structure and after your joining that salary structure will be change,
i was doing job with them for 2 months and receive only 2280 Rs by giving 5 candidate,
but after two month i realized that i was doing crime that company is fake they have a political approach actually the owner satish tokas is a bhatija or bhanja of MLA hariyana they are safe but i spoil career of that 5 candidate i feel sorry for them. after that i fire that job now a days i m in a big manufacturing company,
