[Resolved] Inox — Booking failure but Money lost | |||
Hi Inox, I was trying to book movie tickets from your website, www.inoxmovies.com onThursday for the movie Eega for a Sunday, 8th July, 10 AM show at INOX Malleshwaram, Mantri mall, Bangalore. After doing the payment at the payment gateway, final page it showed me as booking has failed.I booked for 7 seats it charged around 1526.26 rs from my account from my ICICIbank credit card. Please arrange for the refund of the same and acknowledge that to me in a mail([protected]@gmail.com/[protected]@gmail.com). I did not receive any such acknowledgement on your website. Similar booking failure message was when i did my booking for Spiderman (2D) movie for Saturday 7th July 2012 3:45 pm show. there seems to be a major problem with Inox servers for on-line booking. Please stop on-line booking till your server problems are resolved.

After doing the payment at the payment gateway, final page it showed me as booking has failed.I booked for 4 seats it charged around rs689 from my account from my andhra bank debit card. Please arrange for the refund of the same and acknowledge that to me [protected]@yahoo.com I did not receive any such acknowledgement on your website. You website is in bad condition and needs to be rebuilt. It fails all the time.my mobile number is [protected]
