I had ordered an Instyler on the phone, on Cash on delivery option. The product was promptly delivered, but was found to be faulty, with no effect on my hair whatsoever, even after following all the instructions accurately. On lodging several complaints, I was met with rude customer care officials, especially the girls. Finally, I was told that the fault was mine, and the product would not be replaced!! What do I do??
