Dear Sir,
I brought one motherboard for my computer of INTEL from nehru place, delhi. With in three years of purchase, the motherboard was creating problem. Since my motherboard is still within the warranty period i would kindly like to draw your attention towards the replacement of my motherboard. Product & Markings: D845GVSR .The motherboard is not working.
Kindly help me to get the replacement.

New Desktop Computer — Motherboard repair within 2 months

I bought a computer from a company DMV Systems, Mugappair East, Chennai, Tamilnadu on 05/06/2008. Within the period of 10 days time OS windows got corrupted and done formatting the system. Then there was a problem in SMPS. Finally in first week of August'08, when I called for the person to attend the complaint, I was told that Motherboard has gone, and it has to be sent to Intel people. Then he took the same and went. Really I was shocked, how come it is possible. When we check for power earthing, all are in perfect conditions only. All the more, the person from whom we bought, he never answers the call when i call him. Due to this studies are getting affected, and mental tortures like somebody cheated me. Please advise what I can do for this. Can I put a claim on him, or go for lodging a complaint with consumer court.

I AM SANTANU KAYAL PURCHASED INTEL MOTHER BOARD J32002TG FROM TIRUMALA INFOTECH, 1 CHANDNEY CHOWK STREET, SHOP NO 16A, KOLKATA 700072 ON 5TH NOVEMBER '07.I ALREADY FACED SAME COMPLAINS TWICE BUT SAME SHOP RACTIFIED THESE COMPLAINS SENDING MOTHER BOARD (MB)TO INTEL BOANGALORE SERVICE CENTER.AT PRESENT MY MB SERIAL ON IS 732002TG.NOW THE COMPLAIN IS "ON DISPLAY", BUT IF THE COMPUTER KEEP OFF POSITION FOR MORE THEN 72 TO 96 HOURS THEN SWITCH ON, THE COMPUTER GETS ON AUTOMATICALLY.
